  • Islander Condo # 301 es una unidad de Bronce con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

    La cocina ha sido renovada recientemente con nuevos gabinetes, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos y encimeras de granito, y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas en un banco rural, o relájese en la sala de estar para ver. El televisor de 42 ”con reproductor de DVD y acceso a cable digital. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

    El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y un televisor de 32 ". El baño tiene bañera / ducha combo. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales y un televisor de 32 "con reproductor de DVD. El baño de visitas un combo bañera / ducha.

Only complaint is trash situation at the complex - something needs to be done about handling of trash before the 4th of July as I can imagine the complex fills up. The trash piling up outside of the bin area on the ground caused a stinch - could not throw trash down chute as it was backed up. The smell was not very pleasant walking out the door.

A Relaxing Trip For Hubby

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in excellent condition and was exactly what my husband and I needed for a relaxing getaway. The only issue we had which others may possibly have was not anything the owners or complex did wrong. We like to sleep in a meat locker at night so we usually keep our air conditioning at 65 but this one was locked at 69. Also I did not notice in the pictures when we rented that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms which made it necessary to use portable fans at night. I use to come to The Islander with a group of exchange students in the 1990's and knew the location and view were perfect for my husbands first visit.

We have been staying at The Islander for close to 18 yrs! It’s the perfect location right on the beach, close to all the great restaurants, the staff is always friendly and helpful in whatever you need! The families that stay there are a lot like us they have been staying since their children were young now that their kids have families of their own mom & dad continue to bring them & the grandkids all back with them of course you have to rent extra condos but it’s worth it to have these memories that will be something our grandkids will always remember hopefully they will continue to keep coming back when they have their families! We have always felt safe there I really like that there is someone at the front desk 24/7 We look forward to seeing you again soon ! Thanks for a wonderful stay oh the weather was awesome too😎

Reviewer Comments: I can honestly say this was the best vacation I have ever had staying at the Islander I’ve stayed several times but this was the first time we stayed on the side where you could actually see the ocean full on this rental was my absolute favorite love to have in the washer and dryer in the room kept everything nice and clean everything was perfect I did not read any more about it I wish I had written in the guestbook that they had left it was impeccable I loved everything will be staying at the specific room again for sure

Every year our stays at the Islander get better and better. Unit 301 Was excellent, nothing to complain about that unit. The washer/dryer was a plus. We will book the unit again.

My only complaint is no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I know some people won’t mind that tho. Also take in to consideration that it is the room furthest from the elevator but the steps are right outside the room. We will definitely be back!
