    We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

    Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

    In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The view was spectacular, I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony so much. The unit was very clean and had all the essentials. The two beach chairs were great to get us started.

Everything about this property was perfect! The location, views, cleanliness, private beach access, 2 chairs and 1 umberella included daily, plenty of space for my family of 4. We would definitely stay again!

Birthday trip to Destin for 90 year old, her first trip to FL

Lovely stay with family. Property is at a great location and everything was just as advertised. The division of the bedrooms was great for our family, ranging from 90 to 22 years old.

Wonderful stay

Check in was seamless. Everything was clean and the views are beautiful. The beach chairs and umbrellas are set up every morning , very easy to reserve. The only downfall is there is a lot of traffic and it isn't a place where you can easily walk with a family to get to things.

Absolutely beautiful!

The views were amazing, and the unit is by far one of the best we have stayed in. We take several trips a year to the beach, and we will definitely be using this unit again each and every time we come back to Destin!

What a fantastic time we had at this location. This was our first Vrbo rental and I can’t see how our experience could have been better. Angela was excellent with communication and everything was as promised, except slightly better.

Family vacay

The accommodations to the condo were wonderful. Angela was great with communicating everything needed for my family to have a great vacation. She was available every time I needed her and the place was in great shape. The view from the condo was amazing directly on the beach. I would recommend this spot to others and will strongly consider renting this place again in the future.

Best beach experience I’ve had in the state of Florida.

From arrival to departure, this was one of the most well-maintained units I’ve stayed in within the state of Florida. The appliances worked great, the beach service was incredible, the views were beautiful, and Angela was always a phone call, text message, or e-mail away if I needed anything. Highly recommended, without a doubt!

STAY HERE!!!

This property was FANTASTIC! It was very clean and just as listed. The host, Angela, is readily available and is very nice and helpful! I cannot recommend this property enough!!! The only thing I would recommend is televisions in the other two bedrooms, although not everyone will want to watch TV while there, Again, you will NOT regeret staying in this beautiful, clean condo!

Beautiful beach view

It was our first time to Destin and this condo was so perfect for our family. The views of the beach are breathtaking and the location of the condo is great. Angela was beyond helpful and made our stay so easy. She always responded immediately and even found items we accidentally left behind and mailed them to us. Her condo is clean and has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation! Highly recommend, we will be back!! Thank you, Angela!

Beach time with the family

We enjoyed our vacation with our daughter and her friend. The condo was very clean and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed relaxing under the umbrellas and chairs that were setup every morning for us. The beach is the reason we stayed. We did enjoy eating seafood at The Back Porch and Italian at Mimmo’s . The owner Angela was the best and was available every time we texted her. This condo will not disappoint it is as beautiful at the pictures.

Perfect cousins vacation!! AMAZING 👏

We went on a cousin's family vacation. It was amazing the view was wonderful the property was very clean, comfortable it was close to everything . Angela was great to work with she got back to us as soon as we had a question, she was very helpful when needing additional information about the area and property. This property is as close as you can get to the beach. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch dolphins play .I highly recommend this property.. We will definitely visit again! THANK YOU ANGELA! we had a GREAT time!

Amazing View

We loved our stay at this condo! Angela was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She expressed compassion for our ill family member and she wanted to make sure that we had a memorable stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. This home is exactly as it is represented. It was so peaceful listening to the waves on the balcony and the view was breathtaking! God’s creation is amazing!!!

40th bday celebration

only complaint is that with renting a 3 bdrm and staying with 7 guests we ONLY got 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella !!! Seems a bit cheap of you guys for the price we paid. But other than that we really enjoyed the property!!!!!!!! thank you

Great off-season girls trip

Awesome long weekend with 2 friends. The kitchen was fully stocked with all working appliances since we didn't want to spend too much time away from the beach. The sand and weather was pristine but the water was a bit cold. This is where the heated pool and hot tub comes in very handy! We drove a few minutes down to the harbor village one day and did shopping and ate at Margaritaville which was a perfect day out. We plan on coming back next year!!!
