Sundestin beachfront condo with amazing views

As soon as you enter our 4th floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads.

The condo was remodeled in Nov 2021. Brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV.

We have Netflix and free high speed WiFi.

There's a 55 inch 4K smart tv in living room and a 42 inch tv in bedroom.

Full bathroom with tub accessible from the master suite and attached half bathroom accessible from hallway.

Kitchen is chef-ready with pots & pans, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee machine (please bring your coffee pods), and more. You could easily bake or cook your favorites, if you would wish to enjoy the kitchen with a view. Dining table seats 4.

We offer a complimentary welcome package. Startup supply of two rolls of toilet papers in each bathroom, travel size shampoo and lotion sets in each bathroom, one roll of paper towel in the kitchen, hand soaps, dish liquid, new dish sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods are provided.

There's a small pack'n play in the unit that can be used for infants up to 6 months old.

There is a coin operated laundry on each floor except the first floor. The change machine is in the lobby across from the front desk.

SunDestin Beach Resort offers unique amenities to entertain the whole family, including:

The front desk also acts a concierge service. They don’t make reservations, but can help with recommendations for restaurants, family fun, transportation services, etc.

If you arrive early, feel free to register at the front desk, get your parking pass and enjoy the beach and the pools. However we don't allow early check in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need time to prepare the condo. During low season, if your unit is ready for early check in, we will let you know.

We operate the rental ourselves and we want to make sure our guests have a great time in our condo. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. You have my personal cell-phone number. I answer sms texts very quickly. For any urgent maintenance requests, our condo is enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of SunDestin. Guests can request help from them through front desk for issues ranging from clogged toilets to help with operating the TV remote or they can contact us.

Please note that during low season, some of the onsite amenities like the beachside Tiki Bar, rental beach service, etc. may be closed or operating with limited hours due to lower demand.

Guests will have access to the whole condo and the resort amenities.

You will check in at the reception desk to get your access card to the condo. There’s someone available 24/7 for check ins.

Sundestin Beach Resort is right on the beach, centrally located in Destin, close to bars, restaurants, golf clubs and shopping. Water and adventure park Big Kahuna's and amusement park The Track are each less than 0.5 miles away. You can head West for dinner on the beautiful Destin harbor (2.5 miles) and East to shop to your heart's content at the Destin Commons (3 miles).

According to resort rules, guests under 25 can not book and/or stay by themselves in the unit. Only exception: married couples.

No pets are allowed at the Rental Property.

SunDestin is a non-smoking property, including all units, balconies, hallways, walkways, stairwells, the parking lot and all other common areas. The property offers a smoking area on the west side of the building, by the outdoor Tiki bar for our guests who smoke, to use during their stay.

We provide 2 beach chairs for your use. Please note that there's a beach service at the resort for an additional fee. If you decide to bring your own beach set up, you will be allowed to set up only behind the rows of beach service rentals. Tents/canopies are preferred vs. the traditional umbrella. If you bring an umbrella, it must be approved by the beach service company. They have the authority to deem unsafe per the resort rules.

Parking is limited. 1 parking pass is issued for the main lot. A guest pass (pink pass) is issued for additional vehicles and in season they are required to park in the overflow lot behind Chick-fil-A. Off season they can park in the main lot with a pink pass unless there's high occupancy, and they will be instructed to park across the street. There is a crosswalk. Parking passes must always be clearly visible. All RV’s, trailers, oversized vehicles, watercraft, etc. must park in the overflow lot.

Max 4 people can register and stay in the unit.

Please do not hang anything from the balcony railings. Each unit is equipped with a towel rack on the balcony. Please use the balcony towel rack or patio furniture for drying wet items.

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and extra bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please throw all trash including the bathroom trash down the trash chute located in the exterior hallway.

Please note, SunDestin Beach Resort is going through a major renovation. First phase finished in 2024, second phase ended in May 2025 and last phase will start in the west side of the building on September 8 2025. Our unit was part of the second phase. Last phase work is far from our unit (about 10-14 stacks away) but there may still be some construction noise. In addition, Indoor Hot Tub, on site restaurant, indoor pool and Splash Pad is currently unavailable. This is reflected in our rates.
