Take a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool or chill surfside enjoying seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Break from the Florida sunshine, head indoors and get a workout in at the fitness facility, and relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. select some complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in your unit. Additionally, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, perfect for your personal and professional functions.



    SunDestin Unit 1404 is a beautifully decorated one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. You’ll welcome the refreshingly cheerful beachy decor in this inviting open-concept unit! Enjoy expansive views from the light and airy living/dining areas or venture onto the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. A mirror in the kitchen brings the beach view into this space as well to enjoy while preparing poolside snacks. Gather around the dining table, with seating for six, or lounge or on the cozy sofa. Slumber in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and huge flat-screen TV, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with king-sized bed and en suite bathroom.



    From classic specialties to tropical cocktails, Destin harbor is home to a wide variety of culinary traditions, fresh menus and incredible views.     SunDestin 1404 is professionally managed by Scenic Stays and is best rented directly through our website. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



    Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Wonderful stay - everything we needed was provided. Pots pans, cookie sheets, board games, beach chairs, towels, chrome cast for our favorite movies, Wi-Fi. It was terrific!

Fantastic!

We had an amazing little getaway for the weekend here. The location was close to restaurants and fun places for kids. The unit was super clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners really care about the visitors. It was charming and they supply many of the things you might need when staying somewhere. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had when renting somewhere. Hope to stay here again!

August stay

The property was beautiful! It was right on the beach and only a short distance from some great restaurants in the area. It was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the couch had a slight odor but other than that everything was great!

Awesome Resort

This resort was the best resort we have stayed at in Florida. Kyle, them at the front desk was amazing! He was working by himself and was taking care of multiple customers at one time. The cleanliness of the resort was Impeccable! I will be visiting again!

We had a great stay here! The beach is beautiful. The room was nice and clean, my kids loved the hallways bunk beds. The only thing I wish it included was coffee and filter fir the coffee machine. The coffee machine is on the counter, but no filters or coffee. I don't want to have to buy those at the store for just the few days I was there and also didn't want to have to buy downstairs... All in all, it was a great stay and would stay here again.

I have such mixed feelings that i don't know where to start.The hotel itself I would give 2 stars, room 5.There should be a warning when there is construction going, it was everywhere and the elevators are the scariest i've ever been on, sound like they're going to break at any second. The hotel itself had an awful smell and All of the staff were unfriendly. The gift shop was overpriced. I also think it should be a warning when it's jellyfish mating season. We only had two days we could swim in the ocean forcing us to swim in the tiny packed pool... just could have warned, because apparently everyone in the area knew it was jellyfish season.The staff who does the chairs talked down to every single customer, chair rental should be part of the extremely high cost of the room, 50 a day on top of what we paid is crazy. I just felt like the hotel itself was very run down, not well managed, and I should have been warned about the construction jellyfish and chair cost. Now as far as the room itself very clean, well stocked with everything you need, customer service top notch on booking, minor things were bed was uncomfortable and 2 tvs in the living room One worked one didn't and hard to figure out with no instructions...but room was great and the view amazing...But unfortunately, I will never come back to this resort. If i could request a refund for at least one night I would, especially since I checked in a day late.

Beautiful rental

The location is perfect, the beach is stunning, the room and view were top notch. The beds themselves are terrible. New matresses and this place would be absolutely perfect. Side note- if you don't want to deal with small kids or teens running the hallways at night - This is not the place for you.

Just a few minor things

It was great but there were only like one pan and small pot to try to use. We wanted to do breakfasts in the condo and was unable because we had no skillet. Plus we only could get the one back burner to work….. I saw on reviews the couch was pretty stained. It was. We also wish the tiki bar would of been open. It never said on the website that it was closed. I would definitely come to this resort again!!! The views of the ocean were amazing! Thanks

The outlet and light switch on the window of the bed was broken. Anything plugged into it would cause it to short out.

loved my stay

Was in the unit for 10 weeks. My only comment would be to have a dresser in the bedroom. Also shelves in the kitchen cabinet where the garbage can was. Not enough room for groceries. Also remove 2 shelves of books in the cabinet where the silverware was stored.

Family vacation

Room needs updated couch has stains and stove didn’t work had to have maintenance man come repair which if they had done a inspection like they say they do they would have known vacuum didn’t work they did bring new one up. Black mold growing in bathroom on ceiling and in all ac vents.
