Silver Shells St. Croix Penthouse 3 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the fifteenth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Croix Penthouse 3 boasts unique features and breathtaking views that will create a memorable Destin beach vacation.

This is located on the penthouse floor. As of 8/1/2024, the tub is currently out of service and might not be working during your stay.

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix Penthouse 3 have been tastefully decorated with a tropical theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. From the balcony, you can take the spiral staircase to the private rooftop terrace that overlooks the resort's beautiful lagoon pool and private beach. The dining area has seating for six with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a double oven, custom countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The first guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second and third guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The third guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Girls getaway

The condo was very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. We stayed 4 nights. Only suggestion for others when they book is the condo does not have any leftover items from previous guests. You will need to get coffee filters, baggies, etc. Also no s & p, spices etc. Definitely not a game changer as far as booking it for next year, The condo is fully stocked with plenty of cookware if you are cooking in the condo. We are already talking about renting again for next year! The property is beautifully maintained and felt very safe staying here.

Great value for a PentHouse!

The unit was wonderful. The view is amazing! There were just a few minor blips. The dishwasher didn’t work. The 2nd bedroom’s bathroom had draining drain issues in the shower and there was spackle on the wall above a towel rack that wasn’t attached. The 3rd bedroom is extremely cold and the 4th bedroom’s ceiling fan didn’t work. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and pans. The overall decor is very nice. Overall, this place is a gem.

Silver Shells is great and St Croix is so convenient. This particular unit is a great location but the furnishings are old and outdated and the fixtures are also old and breaking down. Needs investment.

Jacuzzi tub didn't work which was Very frustrating never did get fixed for are stay for 1 week

Overall I give this property a 3 Jacuzzi tub didn't work along top oven was out microwave didn't get very warm and in front bedroom T.V.'s didn't work for the 1 week stay.... Living room remotes didn't have batteries in the remote so I went to purchases batteries after waiting for some to be delivered. We did let them know but nothing was fixed... Enjoyed the view 👌 Thanks Have a great evening... I hope you're able to fix a few of these issues... Thanks again!

The top oven didn’t work, the room wasn’t very clean there was dust on pictures, and beds and a very old banana peel on one of the pictures in one of the bedrooms. There was a small chest that had metal that was loose on the front of it and both of my grandsons cut their foot on it. Very disappointed in the upkeep of this condition of condo from last year! The dishwasher leaked one of the toilets wouldn’t quit running the jacuzzi wouldn’t fill up properly.

The Destin area is beautiful and we enjoyed the beaches, water and restaurants enormously...however we will not stay at this property again. Didn’t get in until 630 pm on Saturday, parking garage area not accessible all week, WIFI WAS HORRIBLE-non existent, unit in need of TLC. Beautiful terrace and views from the top. The managing company was very aloof when contacted about a few things...I have never written a bad review in the 20 years we have owned and or rented but felt it necessary

Beautiful home and wonderful location. We would recommend this penthouse to anyone!

This place was amazing. Very comfortable and just perfect. Watch the dolphins every morning from the balcony or the beach. Use the pool and hot tub every night. Great location and walking distance to fun restaurants. Great place to relax. It was truly perfect. Thank you!
