You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV while the couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the first-floor furnished beachfront balcony, which also has a rooftop terrace. The windows are enhanced by the raised ceilings in the main living area, which maximize the beach view. The breakfast table has seating for four, the dining area offers seating for eight, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size, commercial-grade, stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Centrally located in the penthouse is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. There's a half bath on the first floor nearby the living areas for convenience.
