My family of 5 had a wonderful time at sandpiper cove. My kids enjoyed the pools on site and the tennis courts. The connivence of being so close to the beach was amazing. We also enjoyed the restaurants on the resort. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will be back!!

The room was ok. The bunk beds in regards to the top bunk was not able to be used by the younger kids. The railing was to short and the ceiling was super close. Never once was replied to by the host through app or phone. Everything in the kitchen was there that we needed. The walk to and beach access was great. Plenty of room. The short par 3 course was great to have. Plenty of pool choices on site as well.

The place was not very clean. Sand on couch, love seat, and coffee table. I slipped on the sand and fell into love seat. The stove burners were not cleaned in awhile. The faucet was very loose. There was a large dead bug by tv. There were kids above us that kept us awake early and late.

The property smelled musty and we we only able to open one of the bedroom windows. The floors were not the cleanest. The bedroom TV never did work and I called 3 times for someone to call back with special instructions for use of that TV but never received a call back. The front entry door was not cleaned. There were some dead cockroaches next to the washer and dryer. The location was perfect for the beach and all the neighbors were extremely friendly. Over all once we got passed the cleanliness it was a fine stay,

Our first time to Destin Beach but hopefully not our last. Condo was as advertised. Clean, well supplied with kitchen utensils and towels and right across the street from the beach Having your own beach chairs and umbrella as part on this rental was really great. Will definitely consider this unit again on our next trip down to Destin.

Love this location. The weather could of been better but a bad day in Destin is still better than a good day in Illinois!

Great place to stay in Destin

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were great. The beach was easily accessible and the crew at the beach were very friendly. The entire facility was very nice and clean. Our rental unit was spacious and well kept. We would highly recommend these facilities. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Destin!

Great Stay!

Unit 9106 was perfect for my family of three. It's located very close to the beach and pool and had all the amenities we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable too! We would absolutely stay there again!!

Wonderful Accommodations, Great Location

My small family loved this condo's location, as it was just a short walk to the beach. Everything we wanted or needed was within a mile of the condo. We enjoyed walking along Gulf Shore Drive and were even close enough to walk over to Target and Winn Dixie. This place is highly recommended.

Great place!

Location of this rental unit was great. Right across the street from the beach. Very close to one of the pools. Central location just off the main road. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!!

Nice Condo

Condo was very clean and very close to the beach! Well stocked with essentials that you need - which was great. Had just a little issue and Michelle was very quick to respond and have someone come a take a look! We will be booking again in the future!.

Comfortable, quiet, and close to the beach

Very clean and comfortable. Quick and easy walk to the beach. The only negative would be that the bunk beds face the double sink. Kinda different. The bunk beds were very large compared to other rentals we have stayed at in thr past though.

Summer Vacation

We truly enjoyed the stay, the beach chair service being included made it much easier. The king mattress was not that comfortable and broken down but we were so tired from the beach we slept anyway. Everyone on the property was super nice, I felt very safe. Kitchen stocked with proper tools for cooking. Would definitely return.

Spring Break

We had a great spring break week at Sandpiper Cove. This is our second year staying in this complex and we definitely preferred this unit to the one we stayed in last year. The location is perfect with very easy access to both beach and pool, and the layout was great for our small family. A little weird to have the bunks next to the sinks but our kids were way too worn out from all the swimming and sun to even care. Everything in the unit was as expected and we had everything we needed. It was comfortable and for the most part clean with the exception of the floors which were notably dirty when we arrived. We decided not to make a thing of it and it was fine. Over all we were very happy with our entire stay and we would book this unit again in the future.

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. Right across the street from the beautiful private beach. Right inside the gates to be able to drive out and find whatever you need(food, etc.) The master bed was very comfortable but could have used another roku TV for that room since we like to watch shows in bed after the kids go to sleep. Bunk beds were great for the kids. The bathroom was well stocked with enough towels. Water pressure in the shower was good. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed to eat on. The washer was super loud since it was open in the kitchen. Back patio was wonderful for morning coffee. Overall, we loved this condo. We hope to stay another time.

Sandpiper cove unit 9106

Unit came exactly as advertised. The set up was a little odd but worked the week we were there. The light bulb in the bathroom went out during our stay. I called the office to have them replace the bulb after looking to see if I could find one. There wasn't a spare one in the cabinets. They never came out and we dealt with it. I even went out and bought a light bulb to do it myself. We couldn't get the dome to come off without breaking it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
