Great beach stay

Room was perfect for our family of four. Had separate bedroom for kids to sleep in as well as a second bathroom. Beach was extremely close and they provided chairs, toys and boogie boards. Would stay again!

Fantastic find!

Host was wonderful and answered questions immediately and brought what was needed even tho he didn’t have to! Place was well equipped, clean, and had outstanding linens, towels and bedding. Easy walk to beach and close to restaurants, grocery and everything else you might need. Would definitely stay there again. Vicky

AMAZING Hosts!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed or could’ve wanted was included. It was right on the beach and close to local restaurants and attractions. Now for the hosts- Chad and his wife went above and beyond for us. They were so accommodating and friendly, we felt like we had known them for years! They were always there to answer any questions we had and were awesome to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

We loved our experience this Summer!

This location is the best in Destin! As a family, we really enjoy the small community of this property. No fighting for a place on the beach or struggling to get up and down the elevator. Our A/C unit actually wasn’t working when we arrived, but Chad did everything in his power to make our family comfortable. Our stay was during the heat of the summer, so finding an A/C guy immediately was difficult. He came and installed a portable A/C unit the following day! It helped tremendously, but luckily he was able to get someone to swap the units, very quickly, the next day and we were set. I was extremely impressed at the fact that I could call or text Chad at any point of our vacation. Before we left, he texted and called to see if we would need anything to accommodate our family and also reassure me he would take care of us throughout our stay. He even reimbursed us for the night we were out of A/C and offered another vacation free for us in the future. I would recommend this property to any family wanting that easy beach vacation or any other properties Chad maintains. He’s a great host and we will definitely be back!! 🙂
