Silver Shells St. Croix 1004 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the tenth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. Gorgeous beach views and plenty of room to relax and unwind–that’s what you’ll find at St. Croix 1004!

This is located on the tenth floor.

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 1004 have a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and has plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedrooms and the living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

Family Trip

The condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, cozy, and the perfect location. We enjoyed the pool and beach, and the very short walk to The Back Porch ( Great food) and ice cream shop .

Great Destin condo

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was airy, spacious, clean, very comfortably furnished (beds, couches, balcony furniture) and laid out, with the bedrooms separated from common areas for quiet. Great TV options, fast and accessible WiFi throughout complex. Actually enforced the 'no reserving pool chairs' policy, which we greatly appreciated. Beach was beautiful. Water in late March was a little cold for swimming; had one purple flag due to high density of jellyfish. Two tips on beach chair service: check in with the attendant as soon as possible as your two chairs & umbrella location will be assigned for the week. 2 additional chairs would have been 275/week, but you can bring your own (we bought 2 at the stores across the street for 10). No pool/beach accessories or towels provided. One experience we were looking forward to was the Henderson Park artificial reefs, but sadly learned they are too far offshore to reach. Several high-quality tennis & pickleball courts, well-furnished gym. Great central location--ask about the 'tricky' route to 98W

Wonderful- 4th time booking here

I love this property so much. The reason we stay here as opposed to other places is because of the large pool, close proximity to the beach, chair rentals, and the sand bar! My only complaint from this stay was the dryer in the room we were staying in would not dry clothes in one cycle. I had to run it 2-3 times to dry our clothes.

All-Star girls weekend!

We were all very impressed with the entire resort! The condo was perfect and the grounds were amazing! The proximity to the beach and white sand was perfect! An added plus was Ruth Chris steakhouse is right on property! We cannot wait to go back again next year!

Great Place

Beautiful condo in a great location. Much more convenient than many we’ve stayed at in Destin. Very spacious and has a really nice pool. The complementary beach chairs are also a nice touch. We will stay again.

Daughters 30th.

She said it was the best birthday ever. It was my daughter’s 30th bday and we surprised her with a trip to Destin. The biggest surprise for us all was how awesome the condo was. The pool and pool side waitress was awesome. We spent time at the tiki bar and it was definitely a vibe. The music was right and the drinks were cold. We will definitely book here again.

Construction work on the weekend

Construction work was not conveyed accurately to us. The Vrbo website listing said that construction work was only going on during weekdays. We were very disappointed that they were doing work that was extremely loud early Saturday morning. When we called the property manager all she wanted to do was say she was sorry about it and that Compass Resort’s had no control over the activities. So I asked if they had no control over it then why did they describe it inaccurately on the website? Again all she wanted to say was that she was sorry. Had we known the extent of it we wouldn’t have booked the property. Terrible experience.

Fantastic condo many strengths

We have rented several similar size and priced units in Silver Shells; this condo delivers--this was our second stay here. Fantastic view and balcony, super clean and comfortable beds and living space. We love having both the large pool and ocean access and on most day spend time in both areas.
