Welcome to St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 323 which is only a short walk to a private, deeded beach! There are no busy roads to cross, just a pleasant 200-yard stroll puts you on the beach! This spacious 3BR/2BA condo offers a lot of fun and enjoyable space and has a private balcony and washer and dryer for your convivence! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and another guest bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, this lovely condo sleeps 7 guests comfortably. The complex has been recently updated and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. Centrally located in the heart of Destin, this condo is close to all the great activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low-rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. Honest review after our stay. Upon arriving check in was great. Had all codes before we arrived and came right in. Location was great. And a short stroll to the beach. But the moment we walked in, the condo reeked of marijuana. I assumed from the cleaners. And was unbearable until we went got picked up some spray to knock the scent down. And it still was a rough smell. The sofa was so wore out it was practically unsitable. Multiple wall sockets wouldn’t charge or hold anything plugged into them. Socket in bedroom had such a poor connection that it scorched a blow dryer plug. Breakers tripped multiple times. While trying to cook breakfast it was discovered that one of the stove eyes were inoperable. Master bathroom shower faucet was loose and very poor water pressure. I would avoid this unit until repairs and updates are made.

Kitchen was well equipped minus Tupperware but we bought and left a set there. Hopefully they will keep it for future guests. Condo was clean and access to the beach was easy. Convenient area close to stores and shops. Second stay for us at St Martin Beachwalk and would return in the future

Me and my family always enjoy Destin. Unfortunately this stay we was surrounded by what seem to be college students that was very loud the entire time throughout the day and night and unfortunately customer service couldn’t control this. The apartment upon arrival had a bad smell, I had to get candles to put throughout the home for our stay. The apt could have been cleaner, the couch had a smell. The location was perfect, right in the center of restaurants and shopping. Because of my preference I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Location was good. Beds were great. Kitchen needs updating, dishwasher needs repairs, no ice maker, cleaners need to be more thorough Washer and drawer are great. Couch needs to be replaced. No elevator so be prepared for stairs which was fine with us. There’s a parking fee Family thought it needed more fans.

Okay for the price.

This building is located close to the beach, was easily accessible, and the condo is three bedroom, which was a huge selling point for us! The location was near basically everything we needed. The condo itself could use some updating, especially some of the appliances, and the beds were not very comfortable. But, for the price it worked for us. Just not one of the most modern we’ve stayed in. The host took a couple of days to respond, but they were non-urgent questions like the coffeemaker and parking situation. And parking is additional charges. Also if you stay for a week with 6 people, plan to bring your own supplies like paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, TP and toiletries. They supply minimal amount. We had lots of rain so found ourselves inside a lot. All-in-all, this was a good stay. Just some things others might want to know when selecting.

Summer 2024

We overall enjoyed our stay. The location was great, beach access was great to have and we were in walking distance of some food and morning coffee. Things seemed clean and ready for us upon arrival. There were a few small thing we wish were different in our rental. For convenience, more toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags. For a rental with a full kitchen, we (5 people, 13 and older) filled up the one provided kitchen garbage bag quickly. Same applies to toilet paper and paper towel.. 1 roll in each bathroom isn’t enough for a several day stay in a place that can sleep 6. When traveling by air, it’s not convenient to buy TP and paper towels. Aside from that, a few outlets could be replaced because they are simply worn out and the fridge smelled like dead fish, but that could have been from previous renters. It was mitigated with some baking soda. RealJoy did a great job with answering questions and providing more of the above mentioned items upon request. Overall 9.5/10, would recommend to any family or friends.

Spring break

Upon arrival we noticed the beach was further than anticipated. That being said..it was easily accessible. Tons and tons of college kids but that was expected-first 2 days were relaxing and nice..then the music started the 3rd day. All cool but not from 12am-5am then waking up watching someone puking on our car-property management did take care of it and the rest of our stay was peaceful. Place was clean…needs updating. Would I stay here again…possible but not on spring break 😉

Great place close to the beach

This unit is well equipped and very clean! We enjoyed the small atmosphere at this place and it's just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The pool and grill area is nice with bathrooms at poolside. We loved our stay here!
