Resort On Sand! 11th Floor Direct Views! Located in the Heart of Destin!

Incredible views from the 11th floor! Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite cocktail while relaxing on our private balcony with direct Gulf views and new Pollywood furniture.

Our condo is newly updated with new living room furniture and smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and has a keurig and a regular coffee maker to appeal to all coffee lovers favorite! No washer/dryer. Coin operated washer/dryer on each floor.
Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing some construction. Occupants will experience some noise during business hours and see construction activity in the vicinity. All amenities are open with the exception of the indoor pool, splash pad and the restaurant. The opposite side of the building will be updating units' windows and sliding doors and making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The side of the building that our unit is on has been updated already. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Good location but the construction that is going on presently takes away from the stay. The renovations are definitely needed but the appearance of the elevators, floors and such was a letdown. The price does not reflect the current condition of the property.

Labor Day at the Beach

Condo is in an excellent location. Reserving and check in was excellent. The property manager was an excellent communicator and even contacted me of the ability for early check in. Overall Property itself is obviously rental unit specific and shows sign wear and tear. The actual unit was as advertised but furnishings are dated. WiFi was very sporadic. Needs upgrade. Kicked us off several times. No ice maker in freezer. Positives were location and amenities at the overall property. Small store etc. we rate this property a 8 of 10.

Short week at the beach!

This condo was the perfect option for my husband and I to take a quick trip to the beach for a few days! The condo is beach-facing and close to restaurants and shops! My only qualm with everything was that the property has a rule on the beach that you can’t use your own umbrella in their “private beach” area but can use a tent. If we had known that before, we would’ve brought a tent rather than having to lug our umbrella and chairs across the beach to an open area

Great stay

The condo is in a great location. It was perfect being that it was just my wife and I. It was clean and accommodating. The only “complaint” that we have is the WiFi did not work very well. Overall great stay for our anniversary. Would definitely stay again.

Fell in Love

This condo was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Relaxation on the beach! To our surprise there were beach chairs in the closet. However, we broke down and paid for front chairs for the first two days. Well worth it in our opinion. We had a lot of difficulty getting the wi-fi to stay connected. We were never able to actually connect to 1109, however, the Fri t desk helped us with picking up rooms around us. That worked but every time we left the room, it would try to connect to 1109 every time we got back up to the room. So just a bit frustrating but we weren’t there to work so we survived. Dolphins swimming 2 mornings that I was able to see from our balcony. This unit was high enough to enjoy the going ons down at the beach. I learned that the chairs start getting set up at 5:30 am-when it is still dark! That always made me smile. I was up every morning at 4 am and enjoyed the balcony with coffee and no hot sun for a few hours. The condo was very clean. It also had all kitchen appliances that you need. My only disappointment was that there were no sandwich bags or tinfoil,etc to wrap our sandwiches for the beach! I would have picked some up but we shopped before we got there. We were creative with our grocery bags!😉. None of my grievances were hardly worth mentioning but guests should know to pick up everything (including salt and pepper). I’m going to end with Life Was good for our shortened trip and we will absolutely stay in this unit again!

Exceptional service and location

From the booking of the property till the end of our stay.., the communication was 5 Stars! Julie kept us constantly updated and made sure we were informed about the check in. She also contacted us the same day after we had arrived and made sure that we were satisfied and had no questions. The day of our departure once again we were contacted and asked if we enjoyed our stay and if there were any issues. This is the very first time I have experienced this level of attention in my 34 years of vacationing in Destin. Julie and her team have won our future business! Thank you again for the wonderful visit!

Wonderful Stay!

This condo is the perfect getaway for a girls trip! The location is amazing considering it is just steps from the beach. The view from our 11th floor balcony was breathtaking. The unit was super clean and smelled wonderful. I was very impressed with my stay!

Perfect get away

We stayed here for our baby moon! It was a perfect get away, very relaxing! They had construction going on the outside pool so it was unable to be used but we were right on the beach so we couldn’t complain!! Would stay here again!

Destin condo

The building was easy to find and unit was clean. It looked just like the pictures. We had a great view of the beach, great restaurants near by, and a lot of attractions right outside I’ll recommend to anyone who wants a couples getaway. Julie was great and quick to reply.
