The kitchen in this condo is the nicest and most updated feature. The location and amenities at Pelican Beach are very good. The furniture in this unit is quite beat up and grungy, from the dining chair seats to the master bed. Overall it was a nice stay, but the unit could use some tlc.

Loved the location and the view. The resort had a lot to do with the many swimming pools and hot tub. Great location with wonderful access to the beach. All in all it was a great vacation resort and we hope to be back soon!

Great communication with the owners, very clean and easy check in. Having food and beverages on site was a plus and reasonably priced. Bonus points for the beach service! The only thing we missed was having access to beach or pool towels so pack some thin towels. We would book here again! Go on the sea blaster dolphin late cruise. A total blast!!

The condo was stunning! Perfect for my family of 4. The views were breathtaking and the balcony allows for a great view of the sunrise. This is also a great place for an extended stay.

Well kept condo with multiple pools and close proximity to everything

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The condo is well kept and could easily hold a family of four with small children. The condo is centrally located and is close to everything you could want to do in Destin. The pool and beach access at the condo are also great.
