Light, bright and cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom Destin, Florida beach condo vacation rental by owner. All of the comforts of home available to you in your home away from home.

My Condo is a clean, updated, spacious alternative to a hotel room. With one queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size futon sofa bed in the living area, it can sleep 4 comfortably. My little vacation space is full of value. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen, full living area with smart tv, full reclining sofa, futon sofa, comfy relaxing chair and ottoman. The dining area has pub table seating for four and there is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. There are 2 bathrooms, one full off the bedroom and one half off the dining area. Free WiFi provided.

My Beach Condo is a second floor unit that sits on a small fresh lake, so you are steps away from water, no matter where you turn! From the beautiful powder soft sand beaches that Destin is known for, to the stocked fishing and turtle pond or one of the 3 swimming pools (one heated seasonally) are available to all guests, you are sure to have plenty of water fun on your next family vacation.

The gated condo community offers 3 pools, one heated seasonally, tennis courts, pickle ball and community laundry. a The location is close to beaches, restaurants and family entertainment. The closest beach access is June White Decker Park, 0.8mi, next to a local restaurant favorite, "The Back Porch". Henderson Beach State Park, ranked in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the USA, is 1.5 mi. The condo is located between the Emerald Coasts largest water park, Big Kahuna's and The Track, arcade and go carts. You are just a stroll away from many family-fun activities, entertainment, restaurants and shopping.

Nice place, I which it had a balcony. It did get hot in the apartment in the evening . The air conditional unit was very loud.Over all we did enjoyed our stay. Next time I will request to stay on the first floor.New Orleans.

Excellent!!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was exactly what we wanted. Clean, roomy, bed was VERY COMFY, having extra beach towels was a plus too! The laundry room was out of order (which is no fault of the owner) and there was some construction going on closing half the board walk (again no fault of the owner), but we had a great time! All in all I would definitely recommend and we will most likely be back again!

Good, but disappointing

Condo was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downfall was that we were on the second floor. There was a steep staircase we had to use. Also, we did not care for the location of this property, it felt more like an apartment complex with cars coming and going at all hours rather than a vacation spot. We did not use the pool as we were concerned about it's cleanliness. My husband has been to Destin before, this was my first time. Was not impressed. We much prefer Panama Coty.ststa

Good stay in Destin

Overall happy with our stay. Check in was easy, good communication with host. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, Only downside would be this unit really would not sleep 5, as the couch is not a reasonable option for a full size adult and the futon would not sleep 2 adults comfortably, but we made do and still enjoyed our stay. Also didn't remember seeing anything about needing a parking code (maybe we didn't see it in the email) or paying $5 so it took awhile to get in. Good location for shops and restaurants.

It was nice! The pool area was clean and the room itself was clean. I feel like the listing might have been a little misleading about the distance from the beach. Not that it was far, but the walking distance is much longer. Overall the trip was amazing and in a great area.

Vacation

Great location! Kelly was very helpful and responded quickly to messages or questions. She made sure to have all our check-in information available the day before so I was able to read over all of them. The place had all the amenities that we needed included WiFi. There are beach chairs and wagon available if you need it. The place was clean and bed comfortable. We would stay again! Thanks Kelly!

Winter get away.
