    Pelican Beach Resort 1605 is a 1-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests

    The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal.

    Sleeping arrangements include 1 king in bedroom, 2 hallway bunks, and 1 queen pullout in the living room.

    24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun.

    Also, since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use and they are found in the owner's closet if you don't want to rent.

    I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

    There are EV chargers available in the parking lot.

    We have multiple units at Pelican Beach Resort that are located steps from each other to accommodate bigger parties, based on availability. If this unit does not have the availability you are looking for, please contact me for additional availability at any of our other completely renovated Pelican units.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE:
    At least one person 25 years of age is required for check-in and NO PETS.

Family Vacation

My stay was great! The host was great and was available to help with anything related to our stay! There were beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and beach toys already there! Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. You have all you need in this condo from washer and dryer to all of the usual at home items. Our host Julie was amazing from before we even started our stay throughout the stay checking on us if we needed anything. We had so much fun as the condo was close to everything form restaurant, shopping and snorkeling, dolphin tours and much more. Thank you Julie for the great experience and perfect vacation for me and my wife for our 40 wedding anniversary. We will see you again.

Great Condo

We thought this condo was great! It was very very well furnished and had everything we could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views from the balcony were amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. We were very impressed with how easy communications with the host, Julie, were. She is very attentive and responds very quickly. While we did not have any issues while staying here, I believe if we did, that Julie would have had them taken care of immediately. If we find ourselves back in Destin, we will definitely look into renting this condo again.

The condo was fantastic. An amazing view. Host provided everything that we needed and more some beach chairs, sand toys, towels. There was a blow dryer in both bathrooms. Coffee pot and pods, waters, couple snacks. The dishwasher and washer/dryer mix were great. The washer dryer mix works well with small loads. Property owner was easy to communicate with and QUICK to respond. There were great recommendations on the fridge. Place was clean as well, good amount of parking. We can’t wait to go back and book this place again! Pools were great and you could always find a spot!!

I give a 10 * for our stay! We loved our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. Julie, our host was extremely accommodating and always checked to see if we needed anything. Her place was very clean with many accessories that we needed. The view was breathtaking! I appreciated all the ideas from Julie of things to see and eat at in Destin. This was so helpful since our first visit there! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Julie! Your hospitality is amazing!!
