Gather with family and friends for an unforgettable vacation soaking in the stunning views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in one of the two living areas. The dining arrangements are generous, with a cozy breakfast nook for three, a dining table for eight, and additional seating at the breakfast bar or out on the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to whip up delicious meals together.
Additionally, a dedicated office with a desk and flat-screen TV provides a space for work or gaming, while a conveniently located half bath rounds out the first floor.

For your beach enjoyment, Silver Beach Towers offers beach service set-ups (two chairs and one umbrella) for a fee of $35 per day from March 1 to October 31 for a fee.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
