My husband and I stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and everything was perfect...location to restaurants, activities, and shopping, cleanliness, and beautiful decor. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the pool, and the view was gorgeous. We are already planning our next stay!

Well equipped, beautiful Condo overlooking the beach/Gulf. Nice, sunny late afternoon/evenings on the balcony to view Dolphins swimming and birds flying.

Lovely beach view

Absolutely loved this unit!! Great views of the beach and ocean. Beautiful condo!!!! First time staying here and plan on staying again in the future. Everything was perfect for our 30 year anniversary. Can not express enough how clean the unit was and how well kept it was. Absolutely beautiful views and condo. Friendly staff. 5 star rating!!!!!

Relaxing Beach vacation!

Our stay at HSRC was wonderful! The room was as beautiful as pictured and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

Winter escape to Destin

Very nice, well appointed and decorated condo in a great location! Close to dining and shops, activities. On the beach with a perfect view! Would definitely recommend to others.

Renters beware

My husband and I booked this VRBO for July 14-16th. The night before we were to leave, my pet sitter let us know she had Covid and couldn’t watch our dog. They have a no pet Policy- which is fine. We tried to find someone else to watch the dog but could not find someone last minute. This condo rental is managed by Holiday Surf itself. My husband called Holiday Surf and spoke to Michael and asked if we could possibly change our dates of stay to a later date since there was no way to cancel and possibly get any money back due to their cancellation policy. Michael called the general manager and asked if we could change our stay dates and we were told it’s NOT possible to change our dates because it was too close to our stay and it was their policy. Oh, and the travel insurance is a joke because it doesn’t cover anything like this either. Don’t even buy that. My husband even called back to see if we could get the cleaning fee and resort fee refunded (since we wouldn’t be dirtying the condo or using the resort) and we would go ahead and cancel so they could possibly rent the condo to someone else since the condo otherwise would sit there empty for two nights. Nope, they wouldn’t budge on that either. So we spent a good amount of money on this condo, couldn’t go because of a situation behind our control, and cannot move our reservation to another date or get any money back, not even a partial amount. To me, this is very impersonal and a bad business practice. I understand there are rules and policies, but at the end of the day this is humans dealing with other humans. There is no humanity or heart in the way this was handled. They wouldn’t budge an inch. Certainly won’t book with them in the future. At this point, all we wanted was to be able to change our dates to another time. It’s been a crazy summer and we just wanted a couple of days on the beach.

Relaxing Getaway

This was a great property! They were resurfacing the parking lot, but not a big deal. The view was great and cleanliness was good. We wish they would have left a vacuum or broom. The TV had Spanish audio for the dvd player so if your movies are in Spanish, change that setting. Location was perfect and near the best restaurants/stores. Recommend this if staying in Destin

Beautiful!!

We stayed at this condo last year and loved it and still do.The views was super.Condo is just like the pictures.Had some trouble with the refrigerator and called the front desk and the guys that take care of this was off for the night so the desk called the owners and they came right up.Very nice and helpful they live on site so it made it nice.Very nice people…We would love to come back but when it is a little warmer.January is a little cold for us to go to the beach.We are beach people..

Fantastic Condo

This condo has been updated and is fabulous. The location was great and it was easy to get to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. the beach was clean and it was great to have 2 chairs and an umbrella available for us.

Charter fishing trip

This condo is VERY nice. Its listed as a 4 person with one King and pullout couch. It actually also had a rollout hideaway bed and an ottoman that converted to a bed as well. There were two recliners that almost laid out flat. This space could accommodate 8 if it had to.
