Descansar y relajarse en esta completamente reformado, muy bien actualizado condominio de un dormitorio ubicado en el 5to piso. Esta costumbre, la parte superior de la unidad de línea tiene azulejos en todo, la pintura fresca, y todos los muebles nuevos. La cocina, bellamente renovada, está equipada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes a medida y una despensa grande. Para dormir un máximo de 6 personas, hay una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, un sofá cama queen desplegable en la sala de estar, una cama plegable otomana gemela y una cama supletoria doble. Disfrutar de la parte superior de la electrónica de línea nueva pantalla plana televisores inteligentes de alta definición que ofrecen el servicio de cable de alta definición con la red SEC y dos reproductores de DVD de alta definición. Hay una "TV pulgadas en la sala de estar y un 48" 60 de televisión en el dormitorio principal. Esta unidad es la más reciente en el edificio y es seguro que por favor! Reserve su reserva hoy! Flawless Vacation

I’ll start with the excellent communication with the Owner and Holiday Surf management. Each step of the process went off without a hitch. I was informed of each transaction and “next step” information I needed in a timely prompt manner. Upon arrival I followed the instructions they provided and was met with friendly helpful and efficient staff at the check-in desk. Moving our luggage and supplies from the car to the room (5th floor) was easy with the hotel style hanging rack and shopping cart amply provided at the entrance. A quick elevator trip and short walk to the room and we there. The office supplied code worked great and we entered the room. First impressions are always important and we were very pleased with what greeted us. A spotless pleasant homey beach feel room with an amazing balcony view. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had newish if not new appliances and plenty of cooking utensils if needed. For coffee drinkers a K-cup Keurig is provided. Our overall rating of the room during our stay is 5 stars. The grounds of Holiday Surf were clean and well landscaped. A very safe feel with the gated entrance helps with the overall security of the property. The pool, beach,tennis courts,pickel ball and shuffle board were in great shape. We were very happy with our stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. The area is a wonderful location to vacation.

Family and Friends Vacation

We traveled to the property with a group of 50+ people. My family of 4 stayed in this particular condo. Cleanliness and overall state of the condo unit was exceptional. We found all items we needed and everything to be in working order. My only complaint would be the plastic shower curtain, it’s too short in width. This allows for more water to leave the tub when showering, but not a big issue. The unit was plenty large for a family of 4 or 6. All linens were clean and very comfortable…great bed. The facility/ resort was in good condition and all amenities were in working/ clean condition. Huge perk- the location of the beach from the resort: you are right on the beach. Another perk, beach service: it was top notch. Desk service was very professional and easy to work with. Suggestion- daily laundry service, provided for a fee We will be returning.

This unit exceeded our expectations. Appearance is that of a new model, tastefully decorated. 5th floor location was perfect for us and the staff at the property was very helpful snd friendly. If we were to stay here again, we would want this unit.

The condo itself was great! Very clean and well stocked, great view.

The rest of the building definitely needs some maintenance. The gym was dirty. The laundry area only had two working dryers out of eight. The lobby could really use a facelift. Staff was very friendly!

Love this place, SO much!!

We had an amazing time at 506 Holiday Racquet and Surf Club. We loved the place, and its proximity to the beach! Literally, just walking out the door!! It’s in such a great location too! This is The One

This place is absolutely fantastic. The unit is gorgeous inside with all updated appliances. The view from the balcony is stunning but you are unable to see the sunrise. One review that worried me was the beach chair service. Our first day of the stay, I went out to the beach really early to try to claim some chairs and an umbrella. The worker let me know that it was first come first serve on location but that unit 506 included chairs and an umbrella. This meant that we did not have to race down early to beat the other guest. This is a very nice and much appreciated feature of this unit. The location of Holiday Surf and Racquet was perfect! I have stayed at multiple condos in Destin and always have to fight the traffic to get in and out of the property. That is not the case here. The property is located on Holiday Isle which is accessed at a stop light. Overall I give this stay a 10/10 and I am jealous that I do not own this condo. If I had to pick one “bad” thing about this property it would be that it was difficult to get the TVs working. I actually never got the living room tv to work but that certainly does not drop my rating at all.

Best place we’ve ever stayed!

This was our first vacation as a new family of 3 and our first time staying in Destin. I don’t have enough good words about the area, the hotel, the whole experience. We’ve have definitely found our forever vacation spot and hope to be back every year, Lord willing. I loved how the whole hotel and parking was gated. The beach was so secluded and peaceful. A lot of space for everyone. This specific unit was incredible. So clean and absolutely beautiful! Can not find a single complaint even if I tried. The staff was so friendly & laid back. Didn’t feel like we were walking on eggshells like most places we’ve stayed at. Checkout instructions were simple and straight to the point usually every place has a whole list of stuff you have to do before leaving (even tho me and my husband willingly cleaned the unit before our departure). Best place we’ve ever stayed and look so so forward to coming back! Ps if you’re booking in Destin make sure to check out McGuire’s Irish pub. Best steaks me and my husband have ever had!
