This large 3-bedroom villa includes accommodations for 9 guests. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and has a king-size bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower/tub shower. The guest bedroom that is located on the main floor has a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and large closet. The second guest bedroom includes twin over queen bunk, flat panel tv, and closet. On the main floor there is a second bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo.
The large common area has plenty of seating with access to the back deck that includes two lounging chairs and patio seating for four with table. The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the living room and includes modern appliances to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don’t feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 6 guests. The washer and dryer is located on the ground just off the covered seating area with plenty of comfortable seating for the perfect place to mingle with your friends and family.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has lots of amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools (2 heated during winter), 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper resort offers 1100 feet of private beach. Contact the resort’s beach service for pricing and availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. During the summer months enjoy lunch at Rick’s Sand Trap Bar and Grill located at the beach pavilion with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico!

DINING and SHOPPING

The condo is a short drive to Harborwalk Village or just a few miles away is Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both districts offer shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Linens and Towels: Sheets and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes cookware, utensils, and basic appliances. Bring your own spices and food.
Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry/dishwasher detergent, soaps, shampoo, and body wash. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels may be required to park off-site. Contact the resort for requirements.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you will be required to show ID at resort guard gate to enter the property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

PLEASE NOTE
You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property and this person is required to stay for the entire reservation. ID is required at the security gate for age verification. This is a resort requirement. NO Exceptions and NO Refunds!


This is a pet-friendly unit, allowing guests to bring one dog up to 30lbs or two small dogs, each up to 20lbs, for a $150 plus tax fee. There is also a $10 fee/pet collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
