Gulfgate Unit 105, it is " A Little Piece of Heaven"

King poster bed in Master with TWO queens in the Guest (and not crowded). Gulfgate Unit #105 boasts, new Sky Blue leather Living Room hidabed sofa, to include three leather recliners for added comfort. Bathrooms with designer cabinetry, hand-painted wall decor and soaker tub in the Master. TVs in LR, both bedrooms and kitchen. Bar area with separate ice maker(great for carrying a small cooler to the beach). Enjoy wireless Wi-Fi . Non-smoking. Unit 105 is close to the beach entrance without going through the lobby. 8x30 foot balcony makes one feel like they are ON THE BEACH ALREADY, just no sand in your toes.
We have owned this 'little piece of Heaven" since 1997. It is a pretty special place!
P. S. We offer a small amount of paper products to get you started. There will be two toilet tissue rolls in each bathroom and one paper towel in the kitchen.
I am almost always available to help you!
When monthly stays are involved, in January and February, the pricing is for two guests only. You can have guests from time to time though.

We had a wonderful stay!! The property was equipped with everything you could need and the beach access was so easy. The first floor location was really awesome for enjoying the beach/pool and the daily complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrella) was awesome. So many restaurants and things to do within close distance. The beach and views were beautiful! We’d definitely return to the area and would be happy to stay at the Destin Gulfgate again. Jeffry was easy to communicate with and provided us with helpful information for family excursions. We spent 7 nights with kids ages 12, 14, and 17. Definitely a great place to vacation! Thank you.

Had a smoke alarm start beeping literally as I got in bed around midnight. It was late so I didn’t want to bother the host but I couldn’t sleep because of it, so I did, and he responded very quickly! Even had maintenance come check it out the next day! Beautiful view! Can’t beat it!! Look forward to staying there again!

Our stay was outstanding. The ocean view from the apartment is breathtaking. Beach access is easy and the complimentary beach service is a big plus. Owner is super accessible. Beds are super comfy. The unit has everything you need and it was very clean. This was the best place we stayed in Destin.

This place was five star. Everything was clean, the beds were so comfy. Jeffry anticipated our every need, both in check-in and in the stay. The couches and chairs were inviting. The balcony was amazing. We only put about 16 miles on our car for the four days we there because everything was so close and convenient. Our one-year-old grandson thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as we did we.We loved our visit and plan to come back!!!

The location was great. The condo is as pictured. The view is beautiful. Open concept and mirrors make it feel bigger. the condo itself is well situated for beach and pool access. Parking was very convenient. Elevator was really fast and provided luggage carts were very helpful. Beds and bedding were comfortable. The owner has decorated with her own artwork and that was a nice touch. We would stay here again. We had an issue with the TVs - they were not equipped for netflix/hulu etc. However, they fixed the main TV quickly. Also, the condo is listed as having half baths besides the main bathrooms and there are only two bathrooms.

Wonderful week at the beach!

This was a beautiful week full of blue skies, emerald waters, and lots of great food. Communication with the owner of the condo was amazing. She answered all our questions before we asked. The condo was well maintained and clean. It was equipped with anything you might need. We will definitely be back.

Can't beat the view!!

What a wonderful find in Destin! This unit is right on the beach, first floor with outstanding views. Easy access to everything you need including pool, beach access, grilling station, chair rentals, trash disposal, and parking. Great location in the center of everything - can even walk to restaurants. The owner made everything easy with no issue with getting in or understanding instructions for the unit. I think you would not be disappointed at all with this rental!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Gulfgate in Destin! Jeffry was so kind and The condo was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient—right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and shopping. It was also surprisingly affordable for the location. Everything about our trip was enjoyable, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo- great location

We felt welcomed before we even got to Destin. Got a phone call from Jeffry, the property owner, wanting to ensure we had the necessary information before arrival. And her communication continued to be excellent. The condo is lovely- beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped - had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Balcony was a favorite location for breakfast and evenings..so relaxing. The location is excellent…literally steps from the beach, and short walk to Back Porch restaurant. Pete, the beach attendant for the condos, is wonderful- very accommodating and helpful! Can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Hoping to stay again.

Great Location and Beautiful Views

The location is excellent and the property is wonderful! It is gated which was very nice. Jeffry is awesome to work with and very responsive to any questions or requests we had. The unit is large and we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect little home away from home!

Jeffry was great at communicating throughout lour stay. He gave us all of our information up front in plenty of time and responded when we needed him. The condo was in a perfect location, close to all kinds of entertainment, restaurants, and the beach! The condo was especially clean with essentials provided and tastefully decorated. The master bed was super comfortable as was the rest od the furniture. We'll definitely keep this space in mind for our next Destin trip!!!

location, location, View, View

If you want to be ON the beach, this is for you. Balcony is shady for most of morning and quite a bit of the afternoon. No need to leave the condo for a million $ sunset. Ver close to restaurants and grocery. Owner was super helpful and communicative in spite of my credit card putting a fraud alert on the room charge and him not receiving the complete payment until the day after we arrived. I can't think of anything to say except glowing praise.
