Jade East 120 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

The three colorfully hued and skillfully arranged bedrooms of this Destin vacation rental at Jade East have the luxury of being set on the very first floor. This blessed location means that you can be the first ones to wiggle your toes in the sand each morning, the first to grab a spot on the pool deck by the waterfall and the last to leave all the beauty that surrounds Jade East since ‘home’ is so close! In fact, the beachfront balcony, soothing blues of the nautical décor and upgrades including a kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances as well as a Jacuzzi bathtub in the Primary suite’s bathroom may have you deciding that a stay at 120 will be the first of many more.

The meandering floor plan is ideal for several families to each have their privacy or to gather in the living room overlooking the Gulf or on the furnished balcony.

Jade East also has plenty of amenities to keep you as busy as you’d like to be- a grilling area for family cookouts, gated entry to keep your deeded beach access private, a fitness center and both tennis and pickle ball courts. You'll enjoy seasonally provided complementary beach chair setups each day of your stay. This includes 2 comfortable beach lounge chairs and 1 large umbrella. Plus, the location of Jade East is in the center of Destin and near all the fun! Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is across the street and more than enough restaurants, shops and golf courses are either within walking distance or a short car ride away.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.


We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. The pool and beach were excellent. We would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again if visiting Destin in the future.

Excellent stay. Loved the property and the beach access. If you're wanting all of the tourism amenities in Destin and Sandestin this is a great resort. If your main goal is to hang around Seaside, probably not your place. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. (Just as a side note for those who are picky about having access to a smart tv in the master bedroom, currently this unit does not have that feature. All of the other rooms do have smart tv's but the master bedroom for some reason only works off of a cox cable box. It does have access to paid channels like Max and HBO, but still, not a smart tv. I've gone to sleep for the 3 years watching Brooklyn 99 and wasn't able to do that. Still slept fine though haha.) Host was very responsive and accommodating. We met several guests who have been coming to this resort for 5 years. There truly is something to say about having an umbrella and chairs set up and ready for you each day. We never did make it to the front row, not sure why, but it was still fine. Every beach day here was unique. One day there were literally no waves. Crystal clear water, perfect. Other days we he nice little waves. Plenty of sand crabs on the beach. Woke up one morning to the amazing sand art of Christ on the cross. It was cool that they made sure to set up the chairs all around it to preserve it. Really put things into perspective when we saw it and were grateful for whoever it was that did it.

Great Stay!

My family & I enjoyed our 4 days here. Check-In & Out was very smooth just as described when booked. Management frequently checked in Everything was clean, comfortable rooms, we had great access to the beach and everything was within only about 5-6 miles of travel.

Great place amazing location

This place is absolutely amazing our family of six couldn’t have asked for a better place! The only downfall was we couldn’t use the patio for 3 days because of construction. Also the noise of construction was very annoying but the place is a must outside of that!

Loved our stay!

The place was great! Being on the first floor was perfect for our family. The place was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. It’s a large floor plan with a nice patio. My family of 6 loved staying there. Management was easy to get ahold of through text message. Highly recommend!

Sister's Vacation

The location of the property in proximity to the beach is outstanding! The building itself is in need of a thorough clean and external repair. The carts to load food or luggage were filthy, and there were a couple of roaches at the entrance of our condo the refrigerator was leaking water, and the dishwasher did not work. We thoroughly cleaned the condo ourselves as it really needed a thorough cleaning. The floors need to be stripped and sanitized! Inside the condo is beautiful however it’s just not clean and spotless as a rental property for this price should be! Did we enjoy ourselves absolutely, we made the best of the time we had. The property manager did bring plates, cups and plastic utensils since the dish washer wasn’t working.

Summer vacay

Condo was the perfect place for our family . I was hesitant about the first floor location but so glad I chose it, so convenient with a toddler in tow, and still was high enough to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes , pots and pans and utensils. I did bring my crockpot to help with easy meals . My only advice when renting this condo is choose wisely who stays in the quest bedroom that has the laundry room located in the bathroom. We didn’t choose wisely and it was a small burden doing laundry with a toddler sleeping near by. Should have put the teenagers in there , we know they can sleep through anything 😂. Also , bring a box fan for the master bedroom , that room seems to stay warmer than the rest of the condo. Previous reviews were concerned about curtain and sunlight shining through . I’m assuming they have been replaced because the curtains were nice and thick with no issues of morning sun. All and all we would choose this condo and location again. Jade East is a great spot if you want to be in the heart of somethings to do.

Beautiful condo on first floor

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. We enjoyed the convenience of the first floor and we still had a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio listening the waves crash on the shore. This location is in a great location and close to great restaurants, shops, and activities. Our only problem was the curtains in the bedrooms. There were curtains, but they didn't cover the windows all the way and let a lot of light in. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Great Location and View!

You can’t beat the beautiful view of the beach from this first floor unit or how quickly you can get out to the beach. The kitchen has a great variety of cookware, tools and food storage. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the unit was great. It’s nice that the bedrooms are spread out and have good privacy from one another. The property management company was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. My one recommendation would be better window coverings in the bedroom with two queens. The light from outside the unit is not blocked very well with what’s currently there.

The place is amazing.

For the most part everything was as expected. The only complaint is about the bathrooms.. the bathrooms were a little dirty, with hair on the floor and the mirrors were dirty like when someone brushes their teeth and sneezes in the mirror. Thank you for having us.

Love this condo

This is our second time staying in this condo and I know it will not be our last. We had a few issues with a few things but the management team took care of those issues pretty quickly. Condo is as pictured. We cooked a lot during our stay and with the well stocked kitchen, I had no issues preparing meals. If your looking for a place to stay in Destin, consider this condo. You will not be disappointed.

Weekend Away

Well kept condo. Clean and modern. Did not feel like a tired rental. Wet bar was a nice touch. Plenty of seating. Balcony seating was nice and the view was beautiful. Beds were nice and the bunkbeds are full size. First floor location was not an issue. Actually rather convenient and still offered a nice view. Beach is beautiful. Two chairs and an umbrella with each condo so bring extra chairs. Overall a good visit, nice unit and good property.
