The property management company was extremely great with communication and solving issues however, I had two things that kindof bummed me out. The lobby has a restaurant. That restaurant smelled like rotting fish and the entire lobby smelled like rotting fish the whole time which was off putting. Secondly, the room that had two full beds, one of the beds mattresses was terribly uncomfortable. It sank completely down in the middle and it hurt our backs so much that we couldn’t use it.

I had to call when we got there and they were very helpful. I book the condo because the weather was cool out, they say they had a heated pool. They never mention the condo was under construction. It was dark on our floor. Inside the master bedroom tub water didn't get hot at all. The first bedroom tub no stopper. The view was amazing.

Worst experience ever with Vacasa

There were sands all over the floor and bath towels. One of the AC vent in guests room was not working properly and it’s bathroom tub was clogged. No blankets!!! Called Vacasa and they said there were no emergency so they won’t send people till next day, they stated that they will call before coming over but NO calls and NO follow ups!!! Sink light was not working (resort had to send a technician to help us out because Vacasa did NOT send anyone). Dryer wasn’t working, had to dry clothes 3 times for them to get dried. Landry room’s door was broken and was leaning loose on the wall. It almost hit my head when I was washing clothes. One guest room does not have any outlets and the others have tons. Worst experience ever at this resort. Will not book with Vacasa ever again.
