Great location!

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The premises were amazing and well cared for. Everything you'd want to do was close by. The traffic was a little crazy in June but I would certainly recommend staying here.

Wonderful experience

This was the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and we absolutely love it. The view is incredible, the beds are comfortable, and the convenience and access to the beach is what makes this unit the best. We plan to stay here again next year. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed with my family of five, my husband and three teenagers. Everything was so smooth and exactly as explained. The beds were all comfortable and there were no plumbing leaks or issues as described by a former guest recently. The view was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Don’t book

For the price for this condo it’s very disappointing. Beds are horrible, new furniture for outside is needed, leak above the tube needs to be fixed, fans are loud, remotes don’t work….. Would expect the upkeep to be better at this cost per night. Will not be returning to any real joy properties.

The overall stay was great, the property is very nice and the views from the rooms were beautiful. Our one and only complaint were the beds which were absolutely terrible and should be replaced.

Short post Christmas Trip

My wife and I picked up my mother (80+) from her independent living living apartment and took her for much needed rest and change of scenery to Destin. She has lived in Escambia, Santa Rosa, or Okaloosa Co. here entire life, but this was her first few day staying on the beach.

AMAZING in every way!!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate our 26th anniversary. Everything about this unit was spectacular; the location, the view, the layout, the comfort, the safety, the amenities…everything! Best condo we have ever stayed in by far. When we return to Destin, we will definitely try to book this unit again.

Fantastic experience

Our stay was fantastic and we couldn't ask for more. Everything was as described or maybe even better. Things that could be better. 1. Check in process. Honestly, we found this confusing. It could be much better. 2. Home supply, trash bags, washer and dishwasher detergents are very limited. Overall, we had fund and I definitely recommend this place.

So fresh and so clean..

Staying at Silver Beach Towers 1205E was what vacation is supposed to be.. a worry free stay with everything you need at your fingertips. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. Fresh, clean, updated.. left nothing to be desired. The view of the ocean and beach was breathtaking. The property was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone! You won’t be disappointed!
