Fabulous end Gulf unit was new to the rental program April 2019. Remodeled to a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath unit February 2020…and sleeps 10. This condo is beach friendly with tile or faux wood plank flooring throughout, Three bedrooms boast King size beds, and large wall mounted flat screen TV's. The new 4th bedroom is small but comfortable, with a new queen size bed, and fun pendant lighting. The Den has a Queen Sleeper Sofa as well as the Living Room. This is the perfect unit for our guests that like to entertain. Furnished with original artwork ,there are two living spaces with large flat screen smart TV's. Counter height dining tables that are perfectly located to take in the Gulf front views… In addition, there is room for 4 at the kitchen breakfast bar. The open kitchen design allows for the chef in your party to create those incredible Gulf inspired meals while entertaining the rest of the crowd. Lighting options offer plenty of options to set the mood and ambiance for a memorable vacation.

Comfortable seating in both living areas offer plenty of space to relax, and the two leather recliners, are perfect for rainy day movie days. The 2 open balconies allow you to enjoy all the gulf has to offer even before stepping foot into the sand. Clear views of the water, the Pavilion, Swimming pool, tennis courts and shuffle board courts will insure you won’t miss a thing during your memorable stay.

Great unit to rent for those family reunions… if your lucky and your timing is right, your group could also book Jetty view unit #622 across the hallway, and enjoy having that end of the 6th floor to yourselves and enjoy all of the panoramic views Jetty East has to offer.
