Great Family Spot

Our 3 boys had a great time between the pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and beach. We loved the property.

Ended up being just my son and I for a baseball tournament so we had plenty of room. The condo was clean and well run. It was a little far from the elevator but right next to the stairs so it was an easy trip up and down to the beach, pool, parking lot, etc. I'd recommend this condo and Holiday to those looking in the Destin area.

Girls Birthday Trip

Our group of girls came to Destin to celebrate our 2022 birthdays and it did not disappoint! Our condo was perfect. It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating!

We enjoyed the stay, and the condo had a beautiful view. It was very clean, but it does need new mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. Overall, everything in the unit worked, and I would recommend it.

Our unit, 303, was nicely furnished and had a great view of the ocean. There was a TV in the den and bedroom. Nice chairs on the balcony. We used the steps to get to the beach because the elevator was a little way from our room. The desk clerks were extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was an extra bonus.

We had a beautiful view of the Gulf and were very close to the beach. There were two queen size beds in the bedroom. One was okay but the other was not. The unit was nicely furnished otherwise. Had some trouble with the wifi going down at times. Kitchen was okay but would have been great if there were some decent pots and pans. Also would have been nice having a working ice maker.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to say the room was not I expected when me and my best friend rented the condo. The pictures were very misleading! Everything was old and certain things were dirty for instance the lamp shade, the tub was clogged the first day we got there, old tv’s cable went out for an entire day and many rule's that I felt were unnecessary ! I will not be renting here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once we overcame the check in hurdles, everything was fine. We arrived at about 3:40 to check-in and were told our room was not ready. We waited close to an hour in the lobby. The office staff was obnoxiously loud, singing, and generally having a great time as if they were at a party instead of a place of business. I could hear everything they were saying from across the lobby. I overheard one ask why we were waiting. That is when they realized that our room was ready and we were waiting for nothing. Maybe we would not have had to wait if they had been more acting more professional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not our first stay at HSRC, but our first stay in 303. It was a nice unit with a beautiful view. The room is right beside the stairs so it’s an easy 2 flights up and down to get to the pool, beach or your car. If you need an elevator, it’s a long ways away. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. I slept incredible on the bed closest to the windows, the other one wasn’t as comfortable. Also, the shower pressure in the shower was wonderful! The living room did feel a little crowded and made it hard to get into the dining room seats. The kitchen was missing frying pans, but when I called to the office they had a brand new set waiting for us. They now need some utensils that won’t scratch though, or they’ll be ruined. Overall it was a nice stay. We’ll be excited to try out another unit on our next trip. We love the location and amenities of HSRC and will definitely be back.
