    The St Martin Beachwalk community features many on-site amenities for your family's fun and entertainment. Spend the day at the community pool, soaking up the sun and playing in the cool water. Or take advantage of the community grilling and picnic area to have a time-honored family vacation tradition - the barbecue!

    You're just a quick stroll from deeded beach access, so you must go spend a day on the sugar-sand beach. No pets allowed.

    If you are bringing a car (s) to St. Martin you must register them in order to park there. It is $20/car with a 2 car max.

We loved everything about our stay. Check-in was so easy and our unit was beautiful. We will be back!! The grounds were kept immaculate and the beach is easily accessible. Easy to walk to many things we enjoy. The layout of our unit was comfortable to share with guests.

The place was very clean. The check in and check out process was very easy. There was no beach view but beach access was not too long of a walk. The complex had what appeared to be singles and families staying there so it was a pleasant stay. No parties just kids and adults having fun at the pool. I thought the property listed an elevator as access to our room but it only has stairs. The stairs are wide and built at an angle that made them easier to climb although an elevator would have been easier for some in my party. I would recommend staying here if you dont mind the stairs and walking farther to the beach. You get more than you are paying for with cleanliness, decorations, sleeping arrangements and layout of the condo.

This was a great location to stay. Spacious interior and located in close proximity to many attractions such as the easy beach access. However, the only down side is that we didn’t get to enjoy the family room tv from some kind of update issues.

The tv was spotty the whole time we were there and the walk to the beach kinda stunk, it would be nice to have a few parking spaces to be able to park closer! But over all we had a great time and everything was great!
