Family get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was awesome! We loved the property and all the attractions nearby. We would definitely recommend this property and we would love to come back.

We were at the back of the complex so we had limited views of the pass and ocean. The other balconies had views of the harbor but the construction took away from that view.

Everything was good with our stay. There were a couple issues with the wrong code to the pool but other than that, it was fine. And upon check-out, it was not clear about the bands used for the pool. Instructions indicate to leave behind two bands that are found in the guests’ binder but I was made aware that all bands needed to be left behind. Supposedly we didn’t leave all of them and a 25 charge is being applied. Again, not a big deal but not super clear in the instructions. LEAVE all bands behind. The bay is a nice, quaint place to be in all of the craziness of Destin. I would recommend

Family vacation

We didn't know constitution was happening during the stay until we got there. The size of the condo was perfect for everyone, but then we noticed the dryer wasn't drying, the hot water wasnt working, so not only did we take cold showers but had to wash dishes by hand after the dishwater was done, because nothing was getting cleaned! We had 6 towels for the whole week and with the dryer not working it was so frustrating. We love the location and we have stayed at East Pass before, but this time it wasn't what we excepted, especially for the price. The outside lights and fan didn't work, the TVs in the guest bedroom didn't work, outlets not working…just lots of little things we noticed! Exposed wires outside, which is dangerous. Not the best experience.
