Look no further, Islander Condo #514 is PARADISE with an updated, modern, and inviting floor plan with unbelievable sunset, lake, Destin Pass, and Gulf views from your private balcony. This Platinum Plus Unit sleeps up to 6 people (king in the master, queen in guest, and king sleeper sofa in living room) and has every amenity to make this your home-away-from-home, including your own new WASHER/DRYER in the master bathroom. Destin's Beach, your choice of two pools, hot tubs, grills, and outdoor games are just steps away. Our beach is private and only accessed through Islander wrist bands. This means no struggling for parking and plenty of beach space. Also, no need to lug chairs as 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are complementary!

The renovated kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops, and one of the few units with the fridge against the outside wall—giving an open view to Lake Christina, Destin Pass, and the Gulf. The kitchen has all you need to prepare amazing meals. The dining room table seats 6. Relax in the open and comfy living area with new furniture and a new 65” Smart TV (with a Streaming Blue Ray Player and digital cable access). The new sleeper sofa is extremely comfortable, as is the swivel rocker to watch TV, gaze at the ocean, or watch the boats go by in Destin Pass.

The updated master bedroom boasts a modern king size bed, comfortable mattress/bedding, plantation shutters, and a new 55” Smart TV and cable. The bathroom has a new vanity with granite countertops, LED lighted mirror, and a walk-in shower, as well as a new WASHER/DRYER. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, as well as a 55” Smart TV and cable. The guest bathroom was updated with a new vanity, LED lighted mirror, and new bath/shower.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the Destin Pass, one of our breathtaking sunsets, and weekly fireworks from Destin Harbor.

• Guest has initial set up of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guests need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted.

Complimentary Beach Amenity: You will enjoy Destin's emerald green waters and sun bathing in Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella during your stay on Islander’s private beach. Attendants are on duty beginning March 1- October 31, 8am-5pm. Experienced Beach Service Attendants will facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

Great stay!

We had a great time at the beach and this place didn’t disappoint. Nice and clean with plenty of towels! We had more than what we needed which it unheard of! Lol! Would definitely stay again!

Great place - but lame neighbor

Property was great.. convenient spot.. great view of the fireworks on the 4th.. only issue was tenants in condo below kept smoking on the balcony which made sitting outside to read, have coffee etc nasty.. Called front desk due to it being a nonsmoking property.. They said a manager would address it.. But they must have ignored them they never did stop

We had such a great time! the condo was great, super close to the beach. the only problem we had the whole time was Wednesday evening while walking the beach around 430-5ish there were two boys who worked there telling people to get out of the water, when they reached my girlfriend & i they made gagging noises at us so that pretty rude. other than the two rude boys it was great. also, we loves Allen he was so nice

Memorial Day Weekend stay

The condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the balcony view. We were close to coffee and food. Really loved the flooring as it made it super easy to sweep up sand during our stay. (We could find a broom, but a dustpan would have been good to have too.) We would definitely stay at The Islander again and would choose this condo again as well. The only negative of the whole stay would be the mattress in the master bedroom. It didn’t ruin my stay by any means, but an upgrade would be a good idea.

Great Unit with EXCELLENT location and amenities

We checked in on Friday afternoon at 3pm. The check-in process was smooth. The newly renovated unit was beautiful and the sunset views couldn't be beat! The grounds were immaculately kept. The beach service was great and the staff helpful and personable. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. The only negative we came across was the double bed in the second bedroom that was advertised as a queen. Even that did have much impact on our stay...we just snuggled a little closer. ☺️

Beautiful place. Nothing they could control

It was a beautiful place to stay, conveniently located. Wish it had been at a different time, not during beginning of Covid-19 outbreak. A lot of businesses were closing early or closed completely. Which we understand completely! All employees of property were friendly. We spent majority of our day on balcony, sitting by pool or on beach (social distancing). Grandson enjoyed playing tennis and shuffleboard. We did enjoy cooking out on grills one evening and using shelter, talking with a resident of property. Would love to come back to enjoy property and surrounding restaurants and activities at some time.

This property deserves more than 5 stars !!!!

The condo was super clean & fully stock both bedrooms & kitchen . The neighbor was very beautiful, quiet the stores were very nearby . Love love this property would definitely visit again .

Very clean and convenient.

The property was actually down once we arrived but we were quickly accommodated with another. The location is very convenient to plenty of shops and activities. The unit was also clean and included mostly everything we needed. Highly recommended!

It was clean and modern. All cement floors. Private beach is small. If you stay here you have to sign an agreement contract with THE ISLANDER. You also have to pay them $50. The walk to the beach was not too far.
