Upon entering our home with our keyless entry, you'll feel our coastal ZEN vibes right away! The first floor (garage space) is directly to the left when walking in. This is definitely where we envision our guests chilling out & having fun! In here you'll find a full size washer and dryer, propane grill (for outdoor use only), a cozy sleeper sofa, big screen Smart TV, ping pong table, Foosball coffee table, beach items, and just a little extra space to enjoy! This space is air conditioned with its own mini-split A/C unit for the comfort of guests staying here during their trip.



Upstairs you'll enter directly into the dining & kitchen area. A small dining table & chairs means plenty of room for eating in or working from home! A balcony right off the dining area means another area to kick back and enjoy your time at Dest-Zen. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well!



A bonus for our guests is our coffee & wine bar situated right in the center of the home. We have glasses for your drink of choice, a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew Coffee Maker (for those that enjoy both standard coffee & Keurig!), a wine & beer cooler, and an ice maker! Enjoy!



Our living room brings in plenty of natural light with the balcony & windows. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a peek of the harbor canal on the balcony patio set, or even the fireworks to the left on the Harbor during a sweet summer Thursday night. We have a couch, occasional chair, and a few poufs for seating around the big screen Smart TV with Cable included for guests - feel free to login to any other streaming service you choose to travel with as well! A small half bath is located between the kitchen & living spaces with a toilet & sink for convenience.



The third floor is where both bedrooms can be found. To the right of the staircase, is the first master bedroom with a King sized bed & Smart TV that includes complimentary standard cable. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and tub combo, toilet and sink, and a nice walk-in closet for luggage storage during your stay. This bedroom offers a private balcony as well.



To the left from the stairway, the second master bedroom can be found with a Queen sized bed & Smart TV with complimentary standard cable. This room boasts it's own balcony that overlooks the Harbor canal water to the right, an ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and ample closet space.



The modern vibe throughout our condo will make it a space you will certainly feel pure coastal bliss and we can't wait to host you at your new favorite Destin spot!



Please note: Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 13. Any additional (Or larger vehicles that cannot fit in the spot) can be parked in either spot marked “V” for visitor (but these spots are first come first serve and NOT guaranteed.)



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire townhome and the docks out back - perfect for fishing or simply soaking up the peaceful waterfront views. One of the best perks? Private gated beach access just 10 homes away (a quick 2-minute walk)! We’ll provide a keycard so you can enjoy it throughout your stay.



PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!



The Neighborhood:

Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin! You’ll be just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. No matter which direction you go, you’re never far from the beach and all the fun Destin has to offer!



Getting Around:

The private gated beach access is a short 10 homes away from your doorstep of the condo. Everything else easily accessed by car, and we're located centrally in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! There are also docks along the back of the complex that you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island!



Other Things to Note:

• This is a 3 story townhome with stairs only & no elevator access. It's not always a good fit for those with mobility issues.

• Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)

• Linens and beach towels are provided. A courtesy supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bag, dish and laundry detergent) is included. For longer stays or larger groups, please bring any additional supplies you may need.

• All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use, we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach items are not provided or guaranteed.

• Please note that beach equipment and beach supplies are not provided.

• Please note: Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 13. • Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.

• Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10PM. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.

• We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
