This place was great to stay at. Host communicated with me with no problems. The mirrors on the wall make the living room seem huge, but was still very comfortable. Would stay here again. Thanks for the experience

By the sea

The property is not brand new but it is well-kept and functional and that is just fine with me friendly staff friendly Contacts clean very thought out floor plan right bye the ocean on the beach close to the shops dining not fat from fishing, spa , beds were very comfortable, we will be returning.

The location was amazing! The condo is well maintained and cleaned. Sleeping areas were all comfortable and cozy. Very spacious for 8 of us to spread out while still offering large areas for time together. Kitchen well stocked with all tools needed if choosing to eat in. The three bathrooms made it very convenient to clean up after a day at the beach or before heading out to check out the numerous restaraunts and attractions near by, most within walking distance. The private beach area was perfect and not over crowded, beautiful white sands and just the right amount of waves for everyone to enjoy. Bonus: many of the days we were able to watch multiple groups of dolphins playing right near the shore. The pool and hot tub were also nice, clean, and both the perfect temperature.

Great location, right on the beach, quiet, spectacular views. The negative for us would be that the condo is very outdated, tired, worn and in dire need of upgrades throughout the condo.

Great Destin Location

This was a great vacation and a great place to stay with 11 people. The place was clean and well furnished. It had a washer and dryer that was used alot. We had plenty of parking, we had to park three vehicles. Anne answered all our questions promptly. If you need a three bedroom condo in Destin, this one should be at the top of your list to rent!

Perfect for family

Condo was very spacious and clean. Building is small therefore beach is not crowded! Lots of covered parking. Property was very secure and safe.

Perfect family vacation

The floor plan of this unit and the location of the complex made for a perfect family vacation. We spent each day on the beach, then the kids wanted to stop for a little pool time before returning to the room.

Deep cleaning is a must

The location is great close to amusement attractions, the place's is big enough for a family of 10 . Beautiful views from the balconies every morning.but when we arrived the floors were dirty and some of the blankets and pillows had blood spots. and the ice/water dispenser was dirty we had to buy ice bags .

Great location.

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach with a good sized pool and hot tub to share with other condo guests. Covered parking was nice though a little tight. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, average condo.

We greatly enjoyed the location of this property. Great proximity to the beach, pool and back porch restaurant. Our private beach was never crowded and the pool was never too crowded either. The gas grills were great for preparing meals. The view from the deck was great.

The location was excellent. Beach and pool were great. The condo could have been cleaner...especially floors and bathrooms. Decorating is awful. Cluttered dust collecting stuff everywhere, even on closet floor. Clean it out. Then it would be much more appealing.

Awesome beach front view!

The 3 bedroom condo had comfortable king beds, enough seating for all 6 of us and an incredible ocean front view. The only negative for us was the dirty floors.

Beautiful View

The property was located right on the ocean and access to the beach was perfect. There were signs up to keep the section in front of the building more private for those paying for that convenience. In full transparency it does sleep 12, but there are only 3 bedrooms so #11 & #12 are in the living room. It is an older unit, but comfortable and convenient. We had 11 adults and had no issues with cooking or sitting around the 8 seat table to enjoy the fellowship with each other. There were two ocean front balconies which made watching the sun rise easy! The views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was great! I recommend this rental to anyone looking to have an amazing vacation. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach once we arrived in Destin! Crab Island is a must and the Back Porch restaurant was nice!
