"Robin's Nest" is a 2nd floor beachfront top to bottom! It is located in a low rise condo in the heart of Crystal Beach and features private deeded beach access.

From the balcony you can watch dolphins swim while enjoying the soothing sound of the waves, or enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Relax on the sugar white sand beach and enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf Coast with your complimentary beach set-up (two chairs and one umbrella, Mar-Oct). Building amenities include a pool on the front side of the building with lounge chairs and two grilling areas at each end of the boardwalk. The unit also includes free wireless internet.

Inside everything in this unit is brand new! Starting with the wall to wall distressed wood look tile flooring to all new paint and trim. In the main living and kitchen areas we have redesigned the layout to open up the space and maximize the view. A custom built nine-foot dining table allows you to take in the view while you eat and never miss a wave. A queen sleeper sectional with a custom mattress and a 50” LED HDTV round out the main living area.

The fully furnished custom kitchen features brand new cabinets, quartz countertops, an oversized stainless steel sink and GE Slate appliances. All the necessities are there from cookware and utensils to a coffee maker and a toaster, again all brand new. Do as much or as little cooking as you desire.

The bathrooms have been completely remodeled with brand new cabinetry, fixtures, quartz counter tops and custom tile work. The common bath features built in cabinetry and shelving for plenty of necessity storage while the master bath features a built in dresser and closet rod. The bathrooms share a custom oversized tile shower with built in seating. The laundry space features a brand new full sized LG washer and dryer. All areas are separated by brand new doors some even on wall mounted sliders to conserve space.

The master bedroom features a brand new king bed and custom distressed furniture. A 42” LED HDTV, plantation shutter and bedside seating provide all the comforts of home.

The unit has been decorated with relaxation in mind. Soft tranquil colors and comfortable casual furniture make this the perfect beach retreat. The unit sleeps six with a king bed in the master suite, built in twin bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper in the living room and of course brand new mattresses and linens for each.
Crystal Sands is conveniently located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98 only minutes from Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin, Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf.
