  • Experience luxury beachfront living at Crystal Sands 309A, a beautiful two-bedroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The spacious Master Bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and an attached full hall bath. The open living area boasts a sunny, spacious atmosphere with a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that showcase the breathtaking view of the sea. The high vaulted ceiling, open staircase, and loft area create a bright and airy setting with abundant natural light. The upstairs guest quarters include a lovely loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub shower combination is a separate bedroom with a Full and Twin size bed, perfect for kids. If that's not enough sleeping spaces, there is also a sleeper sofa on the main floor.

    In addition to its luxurious accommodations, Crystal Sands offers a heated pool, BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access. From March 1 to October 31, guests can enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella. (Note; you can set up personal chairs behind the vendor set up, meaning between the vendor set up and the condo. But you cannot put up umbrellas or canopies, with the exception of baby tents. You can rent additional beach set ups from vendor for $60/day). Conveniently located just 1 mile from Destin Commons, you'll have access to fantastic shopping and dining options, as well as Bass Pro Shop and the state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater. Crystal Beach is also in close proximity to exciting activities such as go-kart tracks, bowling alleys, The Big Kahuna water park, deep-sea fishing excursions, and kids' Pirate Cruises. Was a perfect place for us. We were working in the area doing some construction and needed a place suitable for us and this place was absolutely perfect. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Mom and Daughter get away

Have stayed in Crystal Sand over a dozen times and it does not disappoint. Smaller complex and easy beach access makes it perfect. This unit was quite nice and very clean.

Very nice and right on the beach. Loved the umbrella and chair service. Host was very attentive and stayed in touch asking us if we needed anything. Had a great 2 weeks on the beach!!!

Friendly, clean, great location

We would stay here again! The condo was right by the elevator, convenient for my elderly father, the beach was right out back, and it was clean. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

Great location, easy check in and good communication!

We enjoyed our time at 309A. The property was clean upon arrival, we had an easy check in and the property manager was easy to communicate with. This condo is in a perfect location and we took advantage of the beach chair service. We would stay here again!

Clean and spacious

Location was perfect, easy drive to shops and food. Condo was clean spacious. The property manager went over and beyond for our stay and was quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all my friends traveling to the Destin area.

Great location!

We loved our stay! The private beach was amazing, the chairs and umbrella that were provided were extremely convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was spotless upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again! Our children LOVED the little bonus room!
