Bypass the stairs and elevators and walk right into this first level retreat! Enjoy watching the game or eating meals while staring at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or walk out the back of the condo and be on the sand in seconds. Crystal Sands 107A is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom beachfront unit that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. The Master Bedroom has access to the full bath, king size bed, decorative art and furnishings that all work to create a charming Floridian ambiance. A half bath off the hall serves as a convenient powder room. With bunkbeds in the hallway and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, your whole family will have room to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation.

Crystal Sands 107A offers a premium location that is hard to match as well as a large community pool, grilling area, and direct gulf front beach access! This unit comes with 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella from March 1 - October 31st. (Note; you can set up personal chairs behind the vendor set up, meaning between the vendor set up and the condo. But you cannot put up umbrellas or canopies, with the exception of baby tents. You can rent additional beach set ups from vendor for $60/day). This complex is just 1 mile from all the great shopping and dining at the Destin Commons, not to mention Bass Pro Shop and state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater! Crystal beach is near the heart of Destin where you will find all the fun you need when not at the beach including go-kart tracks, bowling alleys and The Big Kahuna water park, deep sea fishing excursions, and even kids Pirate Cruises! Don’t settle for others when you have the chance to lock in the best unit in Crystal Sands!

Third time staying at this Crystal Sands location and have stayed in a different unit each stay. Unit 107a is excellent, and is as advertised, and would highly recommend. For a couple, this condo is perfect. Location is great for beach views and access, as well as walking, biking,and stopping by Camille's for a tasty beverage in the afternoon.

Beautiful view. Convenient parking. Contacted the host and was answered in timely manner and problem solved right away. Love Crystal Sands for view. The patio furniture comfortable and relaxing. Loved being on ground floor. And most beautiful sunsets. Will definitely on my favorite places to stay

As someone else had mentioned, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The unit is right outside the walkway down to the sand. Not having to walk blocks to the beach with a wagon full of stuff in tow was worth every penny for us! We loved the chair/umbrella service that was set every day ready to go! Were there things that could be improved? Yes, but for the location, that was a very minor issue. We did go out and purchase salt/pepper, as well as an oven mitt and hot pads (which we left there in hopes for others to use). The unit had everything else that we needed regarding kitchen equipment/pots and pans. We brought our own laundry detergent, hand pump soap, etc., and bathroom supplies but they did have some of that to get you started if needed. The king bed wasn’t the best mattress we’ve ever slept on, but every person is different in what they need regarding sleep and we are aware of that. The pool seems to be newer and was very nice and warm for evening swims. The host replied to our concerns usually within a couple of hours and was willing to address any questions or concerns. Overall, we loved our visit and hope to return next year to this beach!
Dinner on the patio was phenomenal and so relaxing.

We love Crystal Sands and this stay was wonderful. The property is wonderfully located and right on the beach. The patio furniture is not as pictured though. There is a glider that comfortably seats two and a rocking chair. I wish the four higher chairs that were pictured were actually the ones at the property. This would have been better for viewing the ocean over the grass and everyone having a seat to sit.

We loved our condo. Location, location, location! The beach is beautiful and our chairs and umbrella set up was great. Communication with the hospitality service outstanding. The new updates and walk-in shower greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here again.

Little Slice of Heaven

Property was clean. Property management was outstanding from the day I made our reservation and throughout the stay. A small problem with a pot that I let property management know and right away, a new pot was delivered. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The location was ideal. Out the back door, we were on the bottom level and closest to the steps to hit the beach. Out the front door, steps away to the pool. Noise at night was minimal. Daily chair and umbrella were perfect! We will definitely be back.

Perfect spring getaway

We love being in a first floor condo and walking straight out to the beach! The included beach service is the cherry on top. For the condo itself…it was spotlessly clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the walk in shower. The glider and rocker on the patio called to us more than the living room. Thumbs up to that choice!The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. From staying in many vacation rentals we know that it’s feast or famine in the kitchens and we do understand that many owners/managers want nothing left. Not a complaint but an FYI for future guests…bring coffee filters or keurig pods, and salt and pepper to get you started if you plan on cooking in the condo. We would definitely book again.

Great location, great place to stay! The pool was under construction, but when it’s finished it will be great for people with younger kids! Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to wake up and see the beach!! Beautiful!!

Everything about the location and condo is EASY. First floor with close parking. Walk right out to the beach. No condo on one side helps with noise. The TV signal did not work most of the time. Seemed the WiFi was not strong enough Condo seemed damp and had a musty smell not sure if there was something not working with the humidifier. Would def stay here again

Our home away from home

This was our second say and we could not love it more! When I think I about why we keep coming back I would say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! There is nothing better than opening the curtains in the morning and seeing the ocean just a few steps away. The neighborhood of Crystal Beach is so lovely. We love going on walks and exploring. And Camille's has become a favorite stop for coffee, a cocktail or sushi! Do yourself a favor... book this place!!!

Anniversary Getaway!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! The view was amazing and it was so nice being only steps away from the beach. The only small recommendation I could make would be having some beach towels available other than that, this place is perfect! We’re already talking about coming back again but bringing our kids next time!

Great location!!

We had a fabulous time. All new furniture so that’s no longer an issue ( based off previous reviews I saw). My only issue was there was no dishrag to hand wash dishes so we had to use a face towel. But not a big deal as they also have a dishwasher. We loved the location just a quick walk down the boardwalk and you are on the beach..
