Silver Shells St. Croix 1104 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the eleventh floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Croix 1104's relaxing beach chic interior sets the tone for a perfect beach vacation as soon as you walk in the door!

This is located on the eleventh floor.

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 1104 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and has plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for eight with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. In the main hallway is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, tiled walk-in shower, and plenty of vanity space. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just a few steps from the two guest bedrooms and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

Great Experience!

We had two families both with a 4yo and we loved the property, location and condo! The kids had a blast, the sand bar is a nice addition to the beach experience and the location was perfect for what we needed!

Perfect Christmas Holiday

Our time at this beachfront condo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a clean, well furnished condo.The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the sand, allowing us to enjoy morning strolls along the shore and peaceful evenings listening to the waves. The balcony was our favorite spot, offering panoramic views of the ocean and a perfect place to enjoy a drink or meal.The check-in and check-out was easy.We cannot wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach vacation!

Great experience

Excellent experience. Beautiful condo, great view and great communications from property Management. One minor issue with a drain and it was fixed right away and handled very quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Destin landing!

We stayed at this condo in May 2024. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and more than we expected. The location could not have been better, loved sitting on the balcony with the view overlooking the beautiful Emerald Coastline of the Gulf of Mexico and the complexes pool area. We had 4 adults and it worked out perfectly for us. Every room and detail was high end. We all were more than pleased with everything about this condo!!!

Great views & Nice accommodation

Nice stay with a great view. Late check in was simple. This unit was clean & overlooked the ocean & pool. The Sand Bar made days at the beach easy to enjoy & the service there was great. The beach chair service was great but the chairs were in poor condition. We didn’t realize that pickle ball equipment & extra toilet paper. Etc were available at the compass office. Would have appreciated if an adequate amount of paper products, soap etc were provided initially as very limited for the length of stay and number of adults. Overall a little more of a commercial area than we expected but a nice location to get to know the area on our first trip to Destin.

It’s the spot from now on…..

Fix that box for after hour checkin .. gotta be a easier way ISNT CHECKOUT AT 10;00 So why wouldn’t the door code work after 9:00am I went to get the car for my 80 year old mother with DEMENTIA got back to room code would not work Thank goodness my teenager didn't go with me 😠😡

Only problem I had as renter was there was scuff marks on dining room wall and crayon marking on entrance wall to master bedroom. I call and spoke to Hanna who stated she would note on reservation concerning the scuff marks and markings. Had a pleasant stay

Positives: beautiful view, great pool, close to attractions. Negatives: there was a maintenance man working on the whirlpool tub in our condo when we entered and we were not warned of this so it was a surprise to see his legs sticking out from under the tub when we entered. Toilet in master bath ran incessantly, dishwasher was terrible, it just moved the food around, didn't clean so we ended up doing all dished by hand, wifi was out a lot. Fitness center was large, but very outdated and well used. Overall the property looks dated and in need of a facelift and TLC.

Lovely condo!

Property was great and we will be back again. The only problem was our condo was not ready until 6 20 pm and we had to wait 45 minutes for final cleaning. A condo should be ready when you arrive. Otherwise it was great!

Great Location! Will definitely come back!

We had an excellent time in Destin. The condo was awesome. Very clean and the management company was very attentive and responded quickly to any needs. The water and sand are like no other beach I have ever been to in the U.S. The water was so clear and the sand is just beautiful. Will definitely be back!! Guests of St. Croix, #1104.

Perfection!!

The condo was prettier than it looked online. Very roomy with beautiful views. The management was fantastic. The resort was beautiful and very secure and maintained. Conveniently located to anything you need. Very family oriented place to vacation!! I would suggest a few things that the owner could consider for convenience. Hooks or towel bars added to the bathrooms for beach towels. An exhaust fan in the master bath shower, a safety bar and more nonslip grips on the shower floor. Also, for families with infant children maybe a pack-n-play and a high chair for those that fly in to Destin. I'm not complaining by any means. We loved our vacation and are looking forward to going back next year!!

Had a great time!

We stayed in this unit in July 2015 and absolutely loved our stay. The resort, pool and beach are exceptional. The unit itself could use some additional updating but it is still very nice and very accommodating. Plenty of room for the seven of us to cook, eat, sleep, relax, play games and store all of our stuff. There were a few issues upon our arrival which the Compass staff promptly addressed and corrected. I would stay in this unit again. One item that might be important to some and isn't obvious from the pictures... The living room and master bedroom have access to the main balcony facing the beach while the other two bedrooms share an additional balcony that faces the front of the resort. Not a deal breaker but it might be useful to know. That balcony only had one chair, another chair there would be nice but honestly we only used that balcony to get better cell reception, check out the weather, etc. We did pay the beach company to reserve a couple of chairs for the week and I definitely feel that was worth it. Guests are allowed to set up their own chairs and/or umbrellas behind the rental chairs, just not in front of them and no "tents or canopies" are allowed period. The kids loved the pool and we all used the hot tub. Having The Sandbar available for snacks and drinks was a big plus for us.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed by the level of furnishings and cleanliness of the unit. 3br unit to sleep 6-8 yet they only have enough patio furniture to sit 4. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were worthless. On the upside, the views were great though one should take note that this complex sits at the end of the runway of the airport and it can be noisy at times of busy travel especially on the weekends. The managing company was very responsive to the issues and tried to step up to the plate. I would definitely rent from Compass but not this unit in the future. There are much better choices of units for the money.
