With its calming and soothing blue palette, you won’t be able to tell where the beautiful blue sky and azure water ends and your wonderful 12th floor condo begins. Conveniently located in the most sought after area of Destin, this Jade East condo delivers one of the most breathtaking views of the sugar white sand and blue water of the Gulf. Featuring a Primary bedroom with King Bedding, a guest bedroom with a bunk bed and queen bed, this unit comfortably sleeps six. A fully stocked kitchen for quick snacks or family feasts awaits as well as a full size laundry room. The beautiful color of the walls and the neutral color scheme of the furniture is a perfect complement to the view outside. On the property of Jade East, you will enjoy a resort style pool and hot tub, a fitness center and tennis courts. Jade East is just a short walk to many area attractions and restaurants. And of course, the property sits directly on the beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella in season. This one is going to book early and often so don’t delay…Jade East 1230 is just waiting for your next Destin vacation!

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Everything went well. Check in, check out process was great. We took advantage of one of the free activities(Sea Blaster Snorkel/ Dolphin cruise). It was very user friendly.

Found our forever Florida home

Spectacular property, extremely competent and friendly management. The view is unparalleled. The layout and decor are first rate. Only drawback was the dilapidated sofa. Doesn't sound important, but it is the primary seating. The springs are mostly broken and the fabric worn and frayed. Extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, I have never seen a better flow to the floor design or stayed in a more secure setting. High;y recommended.

Great location, but one major downside

Overall, the location was great. Loved the complex and the balcony view. The major downside was that the room with the two twin beds have a light outside of the window, and you could literally read a book with the lights off at night. This room desperately needs some blackout shades. Fortunately, we had a couple of sleeping masks to make it bearable, but this really needs to be resolved. Condo was pretty clean, but dated. One of the shelves fell in the pantry while we were there and the towel rack came off the wall. The fold out sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my kids slept on the couches instead. This condo has a ton of potential, but needs some TLC.

Great location, very old unit

The location of this condo was great. Had a ton of space to where you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. The direct access to the beach was perfect for our family. The unit came with chair service and umbrella each day. And the little snack shack on the beach, was also a plus for the ice cream and shaved ice. A few concerns that we had were that the condo was very old and dated. If you like to cook while on vacation, this is not the condo for you. There were hardly any utensils to cook even the most basic of meals. The cabinets were broken in some areas. The dishwasher is obviously not level as the drawers slid out as soon as the door opens. The unit could definitely benefit from some black out curtains or blinds that weren't broken. The master bedroom was just as bright in the morning with or without the blinds closed. The guest bedroom was brighter at night than during the day due to the hallway lights on the outside of the unit. For how expensive this condo was to rent, I would hope that the owner puts some money into it soon to do the updates that it desperately needs.

First visit to Destin and using Verbo.

Easy access and beautiful view. There were dead fish on the balcony when we arrived. Appliances were average at best. Dryer was very weak and the dishwasher didn’t clean very well. Still, we enjoyed the stay and will do it again.

Needs SERIOUS UPDATE

This place needs to be painted, scuff marks all over the walls. Unfinished cabinets in kitchen. Washer and dryer took 3xs the normal time. Toilet kept running and making loud noises. No wine opener, mixing bowls, cooking pans need to be non stick and we had 1. Had to have the light switch on to watch TV. Closet doors to guest room wouldn't open or close easy, nor did the utility room we could never close it. All the mirrors you could see were falling apart.
