    Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

    100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
    50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
    No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
    We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


    No Pets Allowed
    No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

    Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Get-away to Destin

Nice location. Clean condo, well stocked. Nice clean pool, easy access to the beautiful beach. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Master bed mattress a bit to firm for our liking but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Great Beach Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Breakers East! Everything from the booking to our trip was great. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The building and unit were both clean and well cared for. The best part is being right on the beach! We enjoyed meals on the balcony and the afternoons on the sand.

Lovely getaway

Home Away From Home

My wife enjoyed the condo for Mother's Day weekend. Parking close to the building. Enough carts to wheel your items to the room. Easy access to the room and the beach view from the balcony is wonderful. Thanks for the complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental.

Family Beach Vaca

Absolutely love BE! We have already booked for next year:) The condo is great, plenty of space, equipped with everything needed. Balcony is right on the beach and I was able to keep an eye on the teenagers without having to walk to the beach with them. My 6 yo had plenty of toys to play with on the beach and we added to the collection when we left.

Absolute perfect set up. 805 was equipped with anything you may need. Only one elevator was functioning BUT that wasn’t a problem for us, we are patient and understanding. Perfect beach view and beach access. Location is within walking distance to so many places. Planning our next trip already! We loved our stay at BE805.

HAPPY PLACE

We loved Breakers East , condo was beautiful everything so clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful! ! The best part was the Wal-mart pickup and putting your refrigerated items up was soooo wonderful this is the best service ever!!!!!! The only thing I wish was their elevators always had one down out of only 2 at all times . We were on 8th floor which was not an easy hike for using the stairs. However these things happen.

Dirty floors but very nice

We enjoyed the condo very much and it was very nice and clean all except the floors! The floors were very dirty, we could not go bare feet because our feet would be black in no time, had to wear shoes in the condo to keep them clean! I was not about to mop and clean floors on vacation either! Everything else was good but I hate I paid to have the condo cleaned and then we couldn’t even go bare feet in it the whole three days!

Great location

Pros: Great location, spacious, great parking spaces, clean quiet beach, booking was easy and the owner was very nice. Close to shopping, Walmart and tons of attractions for the kiddos. Cons: Terrible smell through out the condo. Smelt like something wet, old or mildewed. No matter what we sprayed the smell was bad. Definitely need some freshening up. No pantry so we had to keep all our snacks on the kitchen counter which took up a lot of space. Aches and pains due to how the beds slept. Very very uncomfortable . Stains on the couches and the bedroom throw pillows. We had to do a lot of wiping up. Master bedroom door would not shut close. I think the condo is holding moisture. My son opened what we thought was a closet and was actually the door to the room beside us. He walked right into their room. One of the elevators stayed down most of our stay. Would not stay again .
