Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 7th floor end unit remodeled 2021 located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Breathtaking shoreline views. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed; 55" TV has cable; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with oversized luxury walk in shower and double vanity.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds and 40" TV.
Second bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and single vanity.
Living room 70" Cable TV
Fully equipped kitchen (including small maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.
Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Spring Break 2025

We loved the condo. Everything was so clean. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. There was a cooler for the beach, beach toys and chairs. Having the reserved chairs and umbrella was so nice. The location was perfect being just steps from the beach. Just out the door and you’re less than 50 yards from the water. Chick-fil-A was directly across the street and Walmart was only a mile down the road. We hope to rent this condo again in the near future.

A time to remember?

We had such a great time staying at this property. It was awesome. Felt like home away from home. Plenty big enough for me the husband and three kids love that hat on site. Laundry even had dawn, dish soap and dishwashing liquid under the sink. Normally, you have to buy that stuff it was already there Beach towels were already there. It was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We all made wonderful memories thank you breakers east room 701.

The condo was perfectly comfortable and lovely. Clean, amazing views, great location. Since we were here “off season” the lack of the second elevator was not an issue for us. We would definitely book this condo again. Really can’t say enough about the ocean views. Just gorgeous.

Lovely Condo on the beach with 7th floor views of the beach and ocean

This property was wonderful in so many ways. The unit was remodeled and updated a few years ago and is excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The W/D made it easy to stay longer but not have to bring many clothes. The views were impressive. Parking is in the open lot and very convenient. The elevators were a problem as one of the 2 was out of commission for service for the duration of our trip. The 2nd/working elevator was down for several hours one day for unknown reasons. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen with the exception of a few items. There were a couple of chef's knives but both were extremely dull. There was no knife sharpener so I asked the property manager if they would provide a sharpening rod. They said that they would, but never did. Overall the unit was terrific and we would not hesitate to come again!

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and well furnished. Check-in process was very easy. Two suggestions, have instructions for how to use TV printed out and our furnace did not properly work we reported it and they were unable to repair it while we were there.

A perfect getaway!!

The condo looked even better than the pictures. It was roomy and very clean. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. Plus the free chair setup was nice. My wife and I had a great time. Next time at Destin we will definitely stay here!!

Beautiful Stay in Destin!

This was our first family trip in years, and we were all impressed by the condo and the proximity to the beach. The condo was remarkably clean and had just about everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Loved all the decor! We rented extra chairs for the rest of our family, which was super easy. We requested a few extra beach towels be left in the condo since we all flew in this time, and they were quick to respond and provide them. The beach was quiet and calm, despite it being the weekend leading up to a holiday. Directions and guide given before our stay was clear and very helpful. We’ll be back again!

Great location

We loved this condo! Was perfect for two families. Location was great and beautiful decorated and even bigger in person from pictures! Had everything we needed to cook and plenty of places to sleep for 6 people. I can’t say anything bad about this condo. We definitely will look at booking here again. Only thing missing was a long full link mirror. My niece is 15 and likes to look at her outfits 😀

Amazing place

Place was amazing like the title says. We can’t believe how nice the condo was and the view was unbelievable. We saw dolphins allday long and the beach was the most amazing one that we have ever been too. Definitely worth the 6hr drive to visit destin. There was tons of stuff to do in the area and the food was amazing too. Couldn’t ask for a better spot
