Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath, 6th floor end unit located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Fabulous large open Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed; 50 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has oversized walk-in shower & single vanity with granite countertops.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; 38 inch flat screen cable TV; ceiling fan.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity with granite countertop.
Living room has 50 inch flat screen cable TV
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.
Linens/towels furnished.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Wow! The minute we walked into this property we were impressed. It’s a smaller property so the private beach area wasn’t overly packed. They had an area where people have left their tubes for others to use which was fantastic. Loved having the chair service and the carts to load and unload the car was great! Wished we would have know there is absolutely no spices,

Nice and expectations met

The condo was nice and just like the photos. You can tell it’s a rental which was good with us because what you see is what you get. It wasn’t over the top, but nice 4 star. The condo building was great. Pool was nice and clean. In the unit, The floor and finishes were contractor grade. The master shower was nice but leaked like crazy at the door seam. I gave it 4 stars because there was nothing special or extra about the unit, and they asked for basic clean up yet didn’t supply enough for their asks. They only gave 2 trash bags per container, yet expected you to remove all trash at end of stay. I don’t mind cleaning up, but please give plenty of trash bags to make that doable. Same with washing towels, the instructions asked that you start a load of towels at departure, but no soap was supplied. Each bathroom got 2 rolls of TP. Again, I don’t expect a lot but 3 rolls would have been nice for a normal 1 week stay. There were plenty of dish washer pods, so we were able to start dishes upon departure. There also had 4 nice beach towels to use which was greatly appreciated. The carpet and couches will need replaced in a year. They were getting dingy. We went April ‘25. Came with beach chair set up which we really liked. Unit was clean and really roomy, and I would stay there again.

Refreshing Spring Break!!

We left this place feeling absolutely wonderful. It was a beautiful location, quiet, WELL kept place! The kids enjoyed the pickleball court, the pool, and the beach. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning of our stay :) I look forward to staying again in the future!

Breakers east

Location, beach, and space was great! Condo could use just a hint of updating furniture and bath towels had holes in them. (I am very picky but only telling you this as I would want someone to tell me). Other than the small couple of items, we had a great time and would stay in the same condo again

Friendcation

Two friends getting together for a week at the beach. Beach is right behind pool and is easily accessible. View from the balcony just marvelous. Easy to get to restaurants and it is right off 98. We walked down the beach one afternoon for lunch at the back porch. Condo is more than adequate and comfortable.

Spring break 2024

The master bed is extremely uncomfortable and virtually falling apart. The hall bath tub faucet is falling apart. The condo over all could use some work we obviously knew we were renting and expected it to look like a rental but it looks much better in the pictures. We were looking for a condo to rent yearly and unfortunately this will not be it.

Absolute perfect place and location

Breakers East 601 was perfect for our family of four. The place was very clean and smelled great upon arrival. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding for us to use during our week long vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with the needed items (cookware, etc.). We didn’t have any issues with the place while we were there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend booking this place if you’re interested in staying in Destin!

Excellent!!

We loved our stay! Only complaint is elevators need some upgrades. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View was amazing! Beach was not crowded.. having beach chairs and umbrella as part of package was great! We will plan on staying here again.

Breakers East Condo 601

Our only criticism upon arrival was that the balcony wasnt clean and had a little bit of noticeable dirt and sand. Other than that everything was great. Just wanna say that My wife and I enjoyed our stay in 601. One repair to look into is that the vanity sink in Master suite had a study drip from the faucet. Thank you for letting us stay. It was Very Peaceful and relaxing. 😊

Amazing view

It’s the perfect location with an amazing view! We were very pleased with this unit, it was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. I just wish the mattress was softer, other than that we loved everything about this place especially the balcony and view. I would definitely recommend this unit!

The condo was exactly as pictured on the listing. Check in was super easy and the views and location are magnificent! Other reviewers mentioned carpets being dirty. They were stained, but seemed to be cleaned well prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we noticed the master bathroom faucet was leaking all over the vanity when in use. We contacted the property manager right away and she sent someone out to fix it the next morning so that was great. Very well appointed and furnished and close to everything you could need or want while on vacation. Only minor complaint we had were the pillows in the master bedroom. They were very hard and flat, so I would suggest maybe bringing your own if that’s a possibility or if you’re picky about pillows. Other than that, this property was well maintained and fantastic for what we were wanting on our vacation. The beach is so clean and beautiful! Highly recommend.
