  • Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #103 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 1st floor of Breakers on the beach.

    Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided.
    Features: Master bedroom -King size bed, master bathroom features walk in shower.
    Second bedroom has two queen sizes beds and Roku Smart TV no cable in front bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped also has full size washer and dryer in unit. Covered/reserved parking space.

    (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

    Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
    100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
    50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
    No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
    We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


    No Pets Allowed
    No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
    Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

    Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Perfect location right on the beach. Great condo for two small families to share. Plenty of towels provided and it was nice to have usable cooking pans and utensils unlike other places we have stayed before.

The building was nice and quiet. The negative for me was the property was not as clean as some of the reviews stated. The refrigerator/Freezer had a terrible rotten smell to it. There was garbage stuck and liquid spilt all around garbage can. Floors were not cleaned, our feet were black after walking around. I think the complex could use a good deep cleaning. I would come back to this complex, just try a different condo.

Wonderful place

Super convenient to Dunkin, Ice cream, and restaurants. Super clean and loved everything about this condo. The only bad thing about our trip is I left my special pillow. Would love to get in contact with the owners in hopes of getting it back. Other than that it was an amazing condo!

My family and in-law family had a great 3 night break from rental two units. We do have small children and thank you very much property management had responded quick to arrange cleaning schedule onetime for us to check in earlier than the schedule. If we plan to come back Destine, definitely use Breakers East.

Everything was clean. Carolyn is wonderful at helping make your reservation reservations!!!

Perfect view of ocean and pool!

Location of condo was perfect. Loved that the first floor was actually up a level, so had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from balcony. Balcony was also perfect to relax on by myself while my husband and daughter were at the pool, so I could still see them. Condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Had to text property manager once, and she texted within a minute or two and had the issue resolved. Only issue was when watching tv in the living room, once it had been on a while, the sound would get weird on it. If you would turn tv off for just a minute and then turn it back on, it would fix it. I did see another review that had that issue. Overall, great condo. Would recommend and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented from your agency for years. Making me pay for extra parking passes is ridiculous. I rented a second condo from another agency and I received 3 parking passes when I arrived and they had no trouble providing me another when I explained my grandson left and took his pass with him. Your agency gave me a hassle. They did finally bring me another parking pass after I complained. Change your policy! There are many other choices now with nicer condos. Accommodate your long time loyal customers!

The condo was beautiful and met all our needs and more. The location was perfect and easy walk to most everything. A big plus was being on the 1st floor so we could use stairs easily but elevators were fast too. Only negative was the beach chair rules that you must use theirs and they are set up 2 feet apart. I asked to be moved to the back row to enjoy my music and was told no they can’t be moved and that’s just how it is in Destin.

Both the first floor condo location & covered parking spot were very convenient. Unfortunately we happened to be there during one of the coldest Januarys on record, and certain areas of the condo floor were like ice (due to part of the condo being on the first floor & directly over the garage underpass). Furnace, LR TV & furniture need replaced, along with some updating, but overall this was a great condo, with an amazingly comfy bed, a super nice washer & dryer, and the best view you could ask for! Would love to see onsite equipment available for use with shuffleboard & pickleball court. The heated pool was amazing, and definitely would’ve been used a lot more if it weren’t for the crazy January weather of 2024!

Parking under building very tight for a truck but there is additional parking out front. Do not bring umbrella and chairs during peak season unless u want to put them in back. There is contracted company that sets up umbrellas and chairs along entire beach by water u have to rent. Would be best to do this ahead of time if possible. We had to sit behind those on first day.
