Fantastic Sterling Shores 5th floor Condo in the heart of Destin. Enjoy this fabulous condo in relaxing and luxurious Sterling Shores Resort. Resort amenities include exquisite landscaping, decks, and gardens surrounding you in a serene ambiance. Fantastic lagoon style swimming pool offers zero depth entry (no steps) for easy access to swimmers of all ages. Just steps away enjoy the beautiful private access Gulf-front beach and additional beachside resort pool (heated). For extra convenience the beachside pool features a cabana style snack and beverage bar with beach service. Food and Drinks delivered to you without leaving your Beach Chair!

Get away from it all while maintaining the ability to stay in touch with in-room high-speed internet access, cable television and DVD player. Condo unit amenities include washer and dryer, full guest bath, and balcony offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and pool.

Fully equipped kitchen includes all cooking and serving essentials as well as microwave and dishwasher. Master bedroom has king sized bed and large private bathroom. The guest bedroom provides double sized bed and private bathroom access. And the living room offers sleeper sofa. Condo is non-smoking and no pet unit. Renter must be at least 25 years old.

Conveniently located in the Heart of Destin, provides access to The Destin Commons, The Track, Big Kahuna's Waterpark and a wide variety of popular restaurants and shops.

An Absolutely Perfect Family Getaway at Sterling Shores!

Our recent stay at Sterling Shores was truly exceptional, and we can't recommend it enough, especially for families with young children. From the moment we booked, the experience was seamless and stress-free, largely thanks to the incredibly accessible and responsive owners. Any questions we had, big or small, were answered promptly and thoroughly, making us feel completely at ease before and during our trip.The unit itself was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything our family needed. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be a challenge, but it had everything! From the little touches that made our child feel welcome, to the overall comfort and safety of the space, it was clear that a lot of care went into making it a perfect home away from home. This attention to detail made our vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable.Sterling Shores itself is fantastic. The beachfront pool and private beach access were a huge hit, providing endless entertainment for our little one and a great way for us to unwind. The location is also ideal!We truly appreciate the effort put into making our stay so comfortable. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at Sterling Shores many times and this time was just a great as the ones before. The unit was just as described. It was clean and well kept. We had to communicate with the owners during our stay and they took great care of us. We definitely recommend this unit.

Exactly what we needed

My group consisted of myself and my four grandsons aged 12 to 17. The property was convenient to the beach and other entertainment venues in Destin. It was clean and although we didn't cook any meals during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped and ready. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Condo needs better cleaning

This was our second time in Sterling Shores. We love the zero access pool for our 5 year old and the beach is beautiful. With few little upgrades and better cleaning this condo would be so much enjoyable. Cons: Underwear was left behind in the drawer and slippers under the bed. The floors were sandy, definitely need better cleaning. Kitchen is very basic but sufficient for basic cooking, not enough of teas spoons, only one trash bag provided. Kitchen towel was full of hairs like it was washed with cleaning rugs. Dish sponge was used. I would expect a new one to be provided. Pros: Closet of beach toys and chairs. Close access to the pool and the beach. Condo provided board games and books and DVD’s.

Perfect Mom/Daughter Getaway!

Sterling Shores is my favorite place in Destin and we really enjoyed 506 this trip. I took my 11-year-old daughter right when school ended for a few days of sand and sun and relaxation and it was just what we needed. Everything in the condo was great. Thank you for hosting us!

Great spot!

Nice condo with just a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. The complex pool is nice and you get a great view from the balcony. You need to pack trash bags and dish soap if you like to clean as you go, like I do.

Good experience with suggestions.

Pros: Property was very clean, excellent location, access to pools and beach, restaurants, etc. Cons: two bathroom condo only left two small rolls of toilet paper for a 1 week stay. Clothes dryer does not work. Dried towels and clothes for 1 hour and still wet.

Great family vacation!

Our family had a great stay. I would recommend more lighting in the bedrooms as it was very hard to see even with all the lights on. I would recommend smaller furniture in the master bedroom. You can't access several of the drawers because the bed is so close to the dresser. All in all it was a good vacation and the owners were very great.

Super nice and cozy condo. Perfect for our family. Beautiful view of the beach and the lagoon pool. Condo was super clean and was ready a little early and the owner was nice enough to let us check in early (thank you, Sunny!) We would recommend this condo and would stay in again.
