Beautiful Gulf View Condo, Steps to the Beach, Overlook the pool!

This is a beautiful second floor condo overlooking the pool, with a Gulf view, and only steps to the beach! We are located in a quiet, upscale area, very close to all of Destin's great amenities!

Grand Caribbean West is a quiet condo building surrounded by a tropical décor, in the clean, beautiful Crystal Beach area of Destin. Come enjoy the gorgeous view of the turquoise water and white sand of the gulf.

Grand Caribbean West has a seasonally heated swimming pool and a barbecue area. Plenty of parking space behind and in front of the building with very easy access to the units.

We are very close to the vibrant activities of Destin. Shopping, world-class dining, golf and tennis can all be reached in minutes. The street you cross to access the beach is called Scenic Highway 98, and for a good reason. It meanders through a picturesque, clean cut, upscale tropical area and is a slow-paced street with many speed-bumps and pedestrian crossings for your safety.

Please understand that, although this unit may sleep up to 6, IT WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE 6 ADULTS!

Just ok

It was ok. Air went out 2nd day and we had to move to another condo which was inconvient but no fault of the owner. Just a lot of extra work of moving everything. And we lost our 2nd floor balcony which we enjoyed sitting on. In addition the hot tub was out of order the whole time we were there.

Perfect Piece of Paradise

From day 1 the owner was very much in communication with me. The condo is in a perfect spot right across from the beach and cloae to shopping etc. This was our first time to Destin and we will be back and hope to stay here again.

We wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was very nice, comfy, and wonderfully decorated. It was an easy walk to the beach and easy parking. Would stay here again for sure.

The property was as nice as expected, only a couple things to note. The dishwasher was extremely loud, and the door handle to balcony needs to be replaced. The hot tub was not working and under repair. Other than that it was great, planning on booking it again next spring. Thank you!!

Great Location

Condo was very nice for 2 adults. Great location just across the street from the beach and public access. Partial view of the ocean from balcony. Walking distance to at least a couple of restaurants. Beaches are beautiful!

Great location

I had a wonderful relaxing time at this condo. Hopefully I can come again next year. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Absolutely loved the heated pool. Neighborhood is walkable and bike friendly. The condo is comfortable.

The listed house rules were bit overwhelming but then host communication and property itself were amazing. The public beach access at walking distance helped us to overcome the busier than anticipated traffic in the area around.

Cute little condo

Good experience. Easy access to the beach, just right across the street, less then a5 min walk. Bed was a little small for my husband and i to sleep together, because I'm a bed hog. But plenty of room for him to sleep somewhere else, lol. I would recommend this place!

Overall are stay was great the only complaint is I didn’t feel I should be charged 35.00 to ship charger to me I should have been charged for postal only because it was your communication that stopped me from coming back for my charger ( you clearly put change in message not charger)
