Clean with great view and easy beach access. Quiet. I only wished it had basic spices for cooking and coffee so we didn't have to buy all spices just to use once. Most AbNb I been to has stuff left behind closet to pull from that often has that one thing you forgot. There is no left behind closet. I would stay here again

From the manager and his quick response, to the check in process, the view and the quick access to the white sand. I didn’t want to leave and now I want the to move to Florida !

Beautiful view and close by to ocean

Pros: the view was 10/10. It was located on the 11th floor and the balcony was just amazing. There was an elevator. Loved it so much. Plenty of room and communication was top notch with lots of texts and info. Bedrooms had amazing views and were very peaceful and the beds were comfy. The walk to beach was only a couple of minutes. It was across the parking lot. Cons: The carpet is very stained and needs a deep clean or replaced. It smelled of smoke when we walked in. Someone had smoked on the balcony. I found ashes on the table on the balcony. There were no basic things like salt and pepper or beach towels. I was hoping there was a keurig and there wasn't. We cooked a lot and the stove needs updating. The owner also didn't pay for the umbrella and chairs. It was listed on the fridge with info, so disappointed the owner didn't pay for them. We checked with the company on the beach and they stated owner hadn't paid for it. The security guard the last day we stayed was super rude to us when we pulled in. We had our guest paper on the rear view mirror and he berated us about him needing to see it. If these small things were fixed, it would be a 10/10. The view and condo are over all very nice, but needs to be more thoroughly cleaned.

Me and my family LOVED this stay, the view was amazing!! I have came to Destin for about 10 years with my family and this year I took my family o created so we stayed somewhere different and I will ALWAYS come back to this stay. Very clean and super cute. Easy walk to the beach

The condo was very nice, and the views are beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and my 12 year old loved the big TV's lol. Easiest check in I have ever done. We had no issues so we never had to reach out for help. My only suggestion is to get less bulky furniture however I believe they were/are in the middle of redecorating so maybe that will happen. Nothing wrong with the furniture it just takes up room that streamline furniture could provide. We were very happy with everything, I will recommend and return.

Will stay here again.

The property was wonderful with an amazing view, the only downfall was that it advertised a king bed (the reason we picked the room) but instead had a queen. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

This could be a desirable location if there was a higher standard of cleanliness. The dust, grime, and filthy carpet detracted from the furnishings, freshly painted walls, and kitchen cabinets. dirty

Home Away From Home

My family immensely enjoyed our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed… like home. Beautiful ocean view and convenient location with short walk to beach, all made for wonderful memories and a fun trip! One thing… be nice to have darker drapes in bedrooms’

Shame on you!!!!!

The property was in a great location and beautiful view of the beach! My first day on the property the smart door lock malfunctioned and no key was on the property so I had to wait until the owner came up with the key. I felt like the owner didn’t want me in her property because I was black. It seemed that after the door lock incident my family was being watched after a neighbor supposedly called the owner complaining about a foul odor of some sort coming from her unit all the while I was not on the property at the time. She went on to tell me that I would be charged a fee if the unit smelled of smoke like I didn’t know the rules. Now mind you that this was the 4th of July and there were others hanging out smoking and drinking on their balconies. Who was to say the smell wasn’t coming from another unit? What makes ME get a phone call like I’m not aware of the rules? For the money I spent I didn’t feel comfortable there at all. Never will I stay on that property again!

Fabulous

The condo is amazing!! Property managers are wonderful and very responsive to guests. The Beach access is really fantastic and I can't even put words to how beautiful the view is from the balcony and bedroom windows!!!! Even the entrance balcony has a beautiful view!!!
