    Holiday Surf # 318 tiene capacidad para 6 personas con camas King size en las habitaciones principal y de invitados, además de un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Está convenientemente ubicado en el 3er piso al lado del gimnasio.

    Este condominio tiene pisos de baldosas en todo y un tema de decoración costera. Ambos baños se han actualizado recientemente con el baño principal que cuenta con una cabina de ducha con azulejos. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 41 "en la sala de estar, así como un televisor de pantalla plana de 32" en las dos habitaciones, junto con 2 reproductores de DVD Blue Ray
    Esta unidad también es una de las pocas en contar con una lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su comodidad.

We have been staying at this hotel for years, I’m plan to keep coming back. It’s the best location with Kids. The beach is always clean and everyone is friendly!

There was a broken chair on the balcony, we reported it but maintenance did not remove it. The unit does not have smart TVs so take your firestick or Roku if you plan to watch any apps. Also, DVD players are missing remotes so "renting" movies in the lobby is not an option on rainy days. Over all, very happy will book again.

Great Stay.

This was our first trip to Destin and first time using VRBO. The process with the rental was easy and the communication was excellent. The rental was clean and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was perfect, it didn’t take long to get to anywhere you needed to go within Destin. Would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Loved that there were designated smoking areas and I didn’t have to smell smoke even on the beach. Julian, the young man with umbrellas, was so good and kind. He did a fantastic job along with all other employees. We will definitely try to come there again and we rarely stay at the same place twice. It was my first trip to Destin. We will be back.

Perfect vacation for adults and kids.

No real complaints. Great location. Sand bar to the right so perfect to play with kids and the other side was great for adults Renting extra umbrella and chairs could have been explained even though not part of condo unit. Just go down early around 6:30-7:00 and put your towel over the top. You can pay at any time. Julian, not part of hotel, will take care of you at beach. Our room, 318 needed a large skillet but we made due still fixing homemade breakfast gravy in small one. Yes we made homemade biscuits too. Ocean front room is really just a window but still great view from balcony. All the hotel staff was great. We didn’t use the racquet court or pool but many people did seem to enjoy both. Also learned on last day you could get bags of ice at hotel. Not part of hotel but the great weather did make it a great trip to celebrate 35 years of marriage.
