  • **Renovated** - Freshly painted, new Smart TVs, new furniture, new tile in Bedroom and beautifully decorated in a casual Coastal decor. Free Beach Service during Season and High speed Internet Service**

    Features include granite counters, 18' tile on the diagonal in kitchen, living room and dining area, and a tiled backsplash. This unit features crown molding throughout, designer window treatments and comforters, shower curtains, pillows and gorgeous art work. The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa and chair and beautiful accent pieces of furniture. There is a 60 inch Smart TV in the living room and a 40 inch smart tv in the bedroom!

    The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, a master bath with jetted tub and designer granite counters. For your convenience, there is a secondary half bath with a granite counter top. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

    The view.....the view is 'to die for'. You can see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the living room and kitchen....or you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view sipping your wine or drinking coffee!

    The complex is smoke free everywhere, including the beach.

    This unit is very special. It is bargain priced and is designed for those who want luxury. It is located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin and Sandestin.

This beachfront condo was a perfect fit for a long weekend getaway. Steps from the sand, it had plenty of room for us and all the amenities necessary to make it a relaxing stay. Located right on the beach, there was plenty of private parking and Destin Commons was only 1.5 miles away with tons of shopping and eating options.Communication with the host was great- we had a few questions and received responses right away. Thank you for having us at your home!!

Perfect location for a beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location. The beach area is clean and quieter than other places we’ve stayed. The umbrella and chairs that are included in season are a huge plus!

Condo with ocean view

Great location, right on the beach. Condo comes fully equipped, also 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. Very nice area with great restaurants close bye, Destin harborwalk and Destin Commens shopping district. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Perfect getaway 2025

Location was great! The condo was very clean and tidy. The view was amazing. Our 2nd floor balcony was a perfect place to take everything in. We will definitely go back. If you are considering Crystal Sands I give it a thumbs up.

Great location

Condo was great on the beach with easy access. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. This is the third time we've stayed at this condo building and love it every time.

Anniversary get away

Our stay at crystal beach was perfect. The condo was great for the two of us, but would have accommodate a family of 4 or 5 easily. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The best part was the wonderful beach access right at the property. We would recommend this unit to friends and would stay again.

This is a beautiful condo that is beachfront and that is what we wanted. There is nothing like being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in minutes. No need to get in the car. It started to rain, no big deal, we walked up to the condo and watch the weather from the balcony and then head back down when it passed. It was wonderful and we will be back!

Very nice place

Everything was extremely nice. Perfect location. I only would recommend adding little extra of silverware for dinner plates and maybe few extra blankets. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind staying in the same condo again.

Great stay at Crystal Sands

Condo was great, everything was perfect. The beach service is always a huge plus. First trip in the fall season and it was just as great as the summer months. Love Crystal Sands and Donnas unit 208A will not disappoint!

My Destin Stay

I had never been to Destin before, as well as never seen the ocean. So both were new to me and I had a blast. The VRBO was perfect due to the fact that it opened right up to the beach, and the view from the balcony was amazing!
