Amazing Beachfront Condo in the heart of Destin - w/FREE Beach Setup March-Oct

Shoreline Towers is a beautiful beachfront property and resort consisting of three high rise buildings and ten townhomes. Our unit is on the 11th floor of Building #1 (12 stories total) and is a two bedroom/two full bath unit with a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf. There is over 500 feet of sugar white beaches on our property. Our condo has an outdoor balcony with an AMAZING view of the water and is centrally located to so many activities!

We are offering a FREE beach setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) to be set out for you each morning during the season (March 1-Oct 31). Everybody loves this! Other beach chairs and umbrellas can also be rented from the beach service. (No tents, tarps or canopies are allowed to block anybody's views and no outside umbrellas are allowed when the beach service is available).
NO PETS and NO SMOKING..

The spacious open kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is equipped with all the cooking essentials. It has a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, under the cabinet lighting, keurig and a regular coffeepot (bring your own coffee), as well as a stackable washer and dryer in the pantry. The bedrooms are equipped with one king size bed in the master and two queen beds in the second bedroom. The master has an amazing view of the beach and emerald waters; the second bedroom window includes a distant view of the Destin inner harbor. The condo is loaded with built-ins in both bedrooms- plenty of storage and no chest of drawers to take up space. The large open master bath has a walk-in tiled shower and a double sink Shaker vanity with a beautiful quartz countertop. There is also a nice large closet in the master bath. The second bathroom has a beautiful coastal shower/tub combination. It is tiled with white subway tile and a sea glass/stone border and shampoo niche. It has a new Shaker white vanity with a gorgeous quartz countertop. There are 32" TVs in each bedroom as well as a 50" TV in the living room. (None of these are smart tvs). The second bedroom has loads of books to enjoy during your visit. The living room has a coastal feel with hints of blue and a cream colored leather couch and love seat. Our condo has all the comforts of home! Check out all our photos! :)

Amenities on the property include a heated pool, sauna, fitness room, tennis court and pickleball courts, basketball court area, shuffleboard, clubhouse, grilling facilities and 24/7 security. Each floor of our tower has a trash chute near the elevator. In addition to our stackable washer/dryer in the unit, there are commercial washers and dryers located on the second floor of our tower. There is also a vending machine for bags of ice located in the parking garage. The property offers plenty of free parking. (No trailers are allowed).

Located in the heart of Destin, you are just minutes away from some of the best attractions of the Florida Panhandle to say nothing of the delicious seafood restaurants. The Emerald Coast offers many golf courses and has one of the largest fishing fleets in Florida. Watersport adventures, relaxing cruises, and even Dolphin Encounters at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park (12 minute drive to the Gulfarium) are just a few ways to explore the fun of the Gulf Coast. The Big Kahuna Water and Adventure Park is right down the street (0.9 miles) and is a favorite for the kids! The famous "Destin Harborwalk" is located just 2.1 miles west of our condo. It has lots of restaurants, shops, zip line, bungee, and games for the kids or just enjoy watching the large fishing boats come in on the docks. You'll get an education in fishing by just watching!
Mini Golf & Laser Tag are also nearby.
For those wanting to shop, Destin has all the favorites like Target (just across the street), Walmart, Marshalls, and more! The large Destin Commons shopping area (about 60 shops and dining options and a movie theater) is 3.8 miles east of our condo and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (about 100 stores and restaurants) are just about an 18 minute drive east of the condo.

This is our favorite vacation destination!

Summer vacay

This is our second time staying at Luci's condo, and it does not disappoint! We have been staying at Shoreline Towers off and on for many years, and the upgrades and improvements to the condos and property are great. The condo has been nicely updated and clean. The kitchen is well appointed, appliances work and the primary bath is fantastic. We'll be staying here everytime we can.The only "nuisance" is not with the condo or Luci but with property management and the new gate situation. I get and appreciate the security but returning at night was a hassle. Several times no one answered the call for some time to let us in and traffic would back up. Maybe they can come up with a better way to handle this. Also, the cleaning service needs to leave more than one hand towel for a week's stay. We called and left a message with the office but no one returned our call nor brought more hand towels. Otherwise, everything was perfect.The guys with the beach setup are so nice and helpful. Please remember to tip them at the end of your stay. They work hard to make your experience nice and deserve a token of appreciation.

Trip of a lifetime

We started out with our annual anniversary trip but ended up having our adult children join us to celebrate. The condo made for a perfect relaxing beautiful atmosphere in between all the wonderful excursions. The view was awesome and the Condo conveniently located near everything!

Absolutely Wonderful

How can it get any better than staying off of Gulf Shore Dr in Destin, FL? And, in a condo directly on the beach? It doesn't! To begin with, this property is so well located. So easy to get to everywhere you want to go. Then, the property itself. Updated furnishings and flooring made it super comfortable. And, it was so well provisioned. We will look to book here again when we make our way back to Destin. No going wrong here!

Spring break

We returned to Shoreline Towers after our friends sold their last condo 8 years ago. The updates are very nice. Once they're completed, the complex will be very nice. The condo was clean, smelled clean, and comfortably decorated. I brought my favorite pan to cook a few dinners but was pleasantly surprised at how well-appointed the kitchen was with quality pots and pans and sharp knives! The updated primary bath is very nice. The host was very pleasant and quick with correspondence. She even kept appraised of downtime with the wifi. We prefer to stay at Holiday Isle as there are great restaurants, a Target and a Winn Dixie across the street without all the crowds. Anthony, who handles the chairs and umbrellas was very helpful, as well. Don't forget to tip him when you leave! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again.

Girls week trip

Great place. Loved being up high especially when hurricane Ida was coming through to watch the waves. Did have some issues with water dripping from ceilings when I rained hard, but at least we had a cozy place to be. Was close to grocery store and Target which was super handy and beach was right there!!

Home Away From Home

Our stay here was amazing! It was very easy to communicate with the owners and they were very helpful with helping us find things to do in the area! We will definitely be back and tell others about our home away from home!

Outstanding condo

Long and slow line at guard shack upon initial arrival (should have two guards during peak check in times). Condo itself was AMAZING. Roomy, clean, very well stocked kitchen. One major disappointment was the chair/umbrella service. We asked for front row seating but we’re told “none available” yet every day we were there, several set ups Im the front row were never even used. Very disappointing….

Very nice place

Great views, right on the beach (great beach), a lot of space, clean sheets, VERY nice and big big new master bathroom. I liked the free beach set up of 2 chairs and umbrella, did not have to carry my own. Several restaurants within 0.5 mile for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, easy walking distance, many more accross the street. Stores with everything you need less than a mile away across the street. Two things I did not like: the second bedroom did not have an ocean view, as stated in property description. Also, sauna is closed and pool hours are different 9-8. The description shoul be updated. Overall a great place, would stay again.

Great place, great stay!

We have a wonderful time and the view was exactly as described. The water is beautiful and being on 11th floor, had a great view of planes, pelicans, and helicopters flying along the shore. Took Binoculars and wow- it was so fun watching the dolphins and people enjoy the sea. Location was clean, cozy and perfect - Thanks.

Amazing Vacation

End of Summer vacation

Absolutely wonderful experience. Was planned for May, but COVID delayed. Luci was wonderful to work with to reschedule. Weather wasn’t great (2 tropical systems), but beach and facility was fabulous. Definitely will schedule again!
