A Slice of Heaven - Destin! Pool View!

Large 2 bedroom 2 bath overlooking the pools from the second floor. Extra balcony space to take it all in. All the amenities of home and then some. Make yourself at home - away from home.

Partially renovated large two-bedroom suite with full kitchen, new stone tile shower, new plank floors, granite countertops, new TV's, new paint, ceiling fans, and new gel memory foam beds make this place a home away from home for us, and hopefully, you as well.

Aside from an owners closet - you have the entire place, and the gym, garage parking, and more.

We are off-site owners, but always available for questions through email or cell. In addition the front desk is available to assist.

There are three generous sized pools at The Palms of Destin that were all resurfaced beginning of 2020. there is an additional pool for toddlers with water features such as fountains. The restaurant on site is a great place to enjoy food and beverage as table-service, in the sun poolside, or even in the room conveniently inside the condo.

And wow beautiful sugar sand beaches? They are right across the street along with more food and drink. Highway 98 separates us from the beach on the other side of more condominiums and restaurants. It's less than a quarter-mile, easy to walk, and safely cross highway 98 at the traffic light governed intersection. There is also a complimentary seasonal shuttle.

Within walking distance there are restaurants, bars, and convenient shopping. Walmart, Dollar Tree, and more are a block away for cost saving groceries.

Oh! And while we do say no parties or events - This is a beautiful resort and conference center that would make a great place for a wedding, family reunion, conference, seminar, etc. We would be happy to help accommodate you for responsible cordial events.

If bringing children please note that you must supervise them in the pool area. This is a wonderful and beautiful place for families to come - Always just think safety first.

Additionally if you have small children under 2 years or infants - of course they are welcome too, however, we do not provide bedding or safety considerations for them such as outlet covers, cribs, changing tables, etc. Such items are left in your responsibility.

Great time in Destin

Great property, in a great location. The unit is close to the pool and the property is right across the street from the baseball field where my son’s team participated in a tournament while we were there. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice 2 Bed / 2 Bath Condo

Pros: This was a beautiful property, close to many restaurants, easy beach access and a short drive to Harbor Boardwalk. Parking garage was conveniently located on site. The food at the resort's restaurant was good and reasonably priced for the area. The pool was clean and surrounding area was well maintained. Shuttle service to the beach was conveniently provided. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. There were fans in the bedroom and living room which we always appreciate. Cons: Very little information was provided at check in desk concerning the property and amenities. Service at the restaurant was poor. Chairs at the pool area were limited because of supply chain issues. Maintenance issues: Two days prior to our arrival, we were informed that the washer would not be available for use during our stay. Then after being on site one day, the air conditioning unit failed. The property owner was very attentive and helpful. We were moved to another unit until the repair could be completed. Having to pack up our stuff and move twice during vacation was not convenient, but we were able to wash our clothes in the other unit. Sam did the very best he could to accomodate us.

Enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. When we got there...there was water, paper towels, soap, shampoo etc. to get our visit started. The walk to the condo was long to get to but we didn't mind we needed the exercise. The Lagoon Pool was Wonderful. Sam was very nice to Communicate with if we had any problems. Great area. Close to everything. Beach was a cross the street. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect and had every thing we needed. The pools were incredible and shuttle to the beach so convenient and easy. Definitely recommend this place!!

Pictures are exactly what you get including the view. Nice gym to start your day off in facilities. We enjoyed ourselves and Sam was easy to work with and had great communication!

Nice condo with great little extras

We arrived late and it made it easy to touch base with Security and pick up our codes and keys. When we arrived we found small little things that were nice. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, a couple of laundry soaps and dishwasher soaps. The best though was the master closest that had a ton go beach items. It was so nice not to have to buy something that would be used once. I had great communication with the owner before the stay. I appreciated the clear communication.

Awesome place!!!!

The location of this is awesome and the condo itself was very nice and well kept. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is nice and the perfect place if you have small children. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property

The condo was amazing. We were shocked by how many items were included that normally are not offered. The property was clean, well located and the property manager was very quick to respond to questions and to work with. I highly recommend this unit and resort.

This is the condo you are looking for!

We rented several condos for a family vacation at the Palms of Destin for a family vacation. Two were fine, they covered the sleeping arrangements well, as well as the basic stuff. This unit made the trip special. Besides being perfectly located to enjoy all of the resort's amenities, the owners took the time to think about why families come visit Destin and made sure everything they might need is here- right down to beach toys for kids of all ages. What a great stay!
