Kitchen furnished with appliances, dishes, etc. Washer/dryer is available for use. Choose from 5 pools in the 46 acre community. Free Pitch and Putt golf and harbor access for boaters. Take the water taxi to Destin Harbor. Centrally located to attractions and restaurants. Beach pavilion with "The Sandflea" walk up snack bar (seasonal) and grills for beachside dining.

Location was great. The pool and hot tub were being serviced which was too bad considering it was spring break. The space was adequate for a family of 4.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach! The property was super clean and well-maintained!The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Our 10 year anniversary

The rental was perfect,it had everything we needed and the pool was right out the patio, we felt safe and will be back soon

Perfect getaway

Nice condo complex with good restaurant on site and close enough to the beach to walk. Very well-managed and all the other guests we encountered were friendly and respectful.

Diane, our history made the visit very welcoming! Location is great with supermarkets, things to do and restaurants , including one on site, excellent! Beach set up no charge and very easy. We had a great time! Thank you Diane!

The property is amazing and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a condo close to the beach. It has clean pools. Property is super clean and safe. Loved being here!

Sand Piper Cave

This is a fun, welcoming condo complex. Enjoyed the golf, beach and pools. Destin has many restaurants, gym and a variety of activities and shopping.

Me and my kids and wife loved it . Super nice unit convenient to the harbor over all jam up . Owners was amazing.

We enjoyed the weather, the beach, golf, friends and dining at our favourite restaurants . Our host Dianne Harrison was excellent. She replied promptly and took action on our issues to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Everything was great with exception of the beach which was closed during my entire stay with the exception of 1 day for beach maintenance. I was unaware of this until I arrived. That was very disappointing given that was 1 of the main reasons for my stay. When i contacted my host she was told the beach was to remain open & was also misinformed. She did offer a partial refund. She was easy to communicate with on a timely manner and accommadations met my expectations. I would go back.

The host was welcoming. The only issue was the email sent with WiFi instructions was not correct. The correct information was in the condo. The host wanted me to call the internet company and I don't go on vacation to call a customer service provider when I am the hosts customer.

We definitely will be back

So we ended up having to call the owner of the property and she was very nice and told us exactly where to go. The place looks so nice. There is also games that you can play and brochures of different places that you can go which helped us out a lot since we are not from the area. I definitely will be recommending this place..

Fun in the sun

Place was clean, I think the hot water heater could be turned down a lil, because u couldn't turn the water very high, because the water would be to hot and not enough water pressure. Other then that it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Dianna Brummett

I stayed with my 2 kids for a week, and this unit was wonderful! We loved that it is a bottom level unit, which made it so easy to load and unload everything. The pool is just out the back doors, perfect for evening swims every day. You can either walk or drive over for beach access- we tried both, and found it easier to drive with the amount of stuff to take having kids. The complex location is close to everything you could want. Diane was an excellent host and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here!

Pleasantly happy

Only thing i didnt like was it was way back at the back of the property. No extra trash bags no salt and pepper or condiments. Other than that it was alright except that it also needs the living room furniture replaced.
