Enjoy a penthouse view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While on the beach front balcony, enjoy your morning coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, and you may catch a few dolphins flocking in the surf.

This one-bedroom luxury unit has recently been updated with new flooring and a remodeled bathroom. The condominium sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a king size bed in the bedroom, and a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with new stainless-steel appliances, is ready for enjoying your meals on-site or for the budding outdoor chef, there are charcoal grilles available for the evening barbeque. In the bedroom and living room, Smart HDTVs are placed for your viewing pleasure, perfect for binge watching Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ or any other of your streaming service accounts. Our guests can finish off the evening with a glass of wine, or their favorite beverage on the balcony, while enjoying the sounds of the surf. During the summer months, weekly fireworks can be seen from the walkway right outside your front door or while you leisurely stroll the beach.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club guests have a variety of amenities available for their enjoyment; white sandy beach, heated swimming pool, tennis and pickle balls courts, with free equipment checkout, a fitness center, new laundry facilities on two floors, with a weekly linen exchange. Also, our guests are provided with a complementary beach service [1 March through 31 October], which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs set-up for you by our beach attendant.

Girls weekend

Perfect size for the two of us! Very clean and updated. Love the decor! You can watch fireworks at the Harborwalk from right outside the front door. Beautiful view from the balcony. We went to the front desk when we arrived and checked in and we were told they would text us when our room was ready. Finally at 6pm we double checked if it was ready and they said they had texted us but we never received it. That was the only drawback! Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful views and a great location

Resort was nice, check in staff were very friendly. Condo was nice and had everything that we needed. The beach chairs were a great addition as well.

Absolutely loved the location and accommodations. Please indicate in the amenities for the property that the coffee pot is a Cuisinart Keurig and has a reusable filter.

Couples long Weekend Getaway

The view from the condo was incredible, being on the top floor is always the best! The Condo was very stylish & updated! The bedroom mattress slept very well for the both of us! Although the resort isn’t doing early check in because of Covid, they were sure to send the cleaning service to our room first as we arrived at the facility WAY before check in (3am, yes my boyfriend was upset with me for requesting we leave so early🤣) they got us into our room at 12:30 and allowed us to use the restrooms, pool, and beach access until our room was ready! If returning to Destin, we will definitely seek out this room again, hopefully for longer than 3 nights next time!!

Great condo for a couple!

We loved staying at this condo! It was just my fiancée and I and it was perfect for 2. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you prefer which came in handy at breakfast time. It was clean and quiet. We don’t have any complaints!

Ideal for couples, very clean

This is my 2nd time staying at HSRC and I will be back! The location is perfect. The beach is clean and not super crowded since on resort property. Unit 706 is going to be my favorite to go back to if it's just 2 of us. Only 1 bathroom would be only issue (for some) if you had 4. But plenty of room. The view from balcony is excellent. I highly recommend both this unit and resort.
