Our family enjoyed once again!

Our family has become familiar with Palms of Destin and have been coming here the past few years. This is our 2nd year booking this villa. Our kids are still younger and they so enjoy the pool area! We have stayed in a unit in one of the towers previously and it served us just fine. We really enjoy the convenience, with younger kids, of being able to have a short walk out from the door of our villa and thru the gate to enjoy the pool. It allows us to come back and forth as we please quite easily for snacks, drinks and other necessities to enjoy our day at the pool.or just plan for a lunch on our own patio with the kids only steps away from the action! Overall wonderful trip

We loved the villa. Very clean, nicely decorated, well maintained, plenty of space. We liked it being on 1st floor and being poolside. The patio area was very nice. We also loved the pool. It was big, clean and well maintained. The distance to the beach was farther than we anticipated and you had to cross a very busy 6 lane highway. So, we chose to drive to the beach each time. We went to the beach across the street and also to Henderson State Park Beach. The Henderson State Park Beach was our favorite. The beaches were beautiful and water was so clear. This was our first visit to Destin and overall was a wonderful trip.

Perfect family friendly room

The room is perfect for families. Bedrooms are large as well as living room/ kitchen. New beds in one room which was a good change from last year. Walk right out the door to the pool deck. Under the couch and bath rugs could use a good clean but doesn’t take away from the greatness of the room. This is our second year staying here and will def be back.

Great Location

The unit was spacious and located adjacent to the pools. The large screen TV and reclining sofas made the living area a nice place to relax. Very little road noise in the bedrooms. Showers were tiled and had hot, strong water flow. We spent a relaxing 3 weeks there.

Perfect little getaway

We booked this as a little R&R after our New Year's Eve cruise. We very much enjoyed it. It is super close to everything. The restaurant on site was great and so was the bar. The heated pool was very comfortable for the time of year. The hot tub was super nice as well. Would definitely visit again.

Girls Trip

Absolutely amazing time in Destin. The Villa was beautiful and everything we could have asked for. The only setback was the shuttle services. It stoos at 5pm Monday through Friday and none on weekends. The resort has many features we loved. Thank you for making this Auntie and Cousin's trip special.

Perfection!

This property was very clean and very easy to navigate. It provided ample space for our family. We loved the on-site restaurant and everything there was delicious. There was a shuttle to the beach, but we are mostly pool people, and this pool was magnificent! Definitely the star of the show! First floor location made easy access for loading and unloading and very nice property manager. I highly recommend!

Family Trip 2023

Great Space for the family and convenience being close to the pool! We've stayed in one of the tower condos before, it was a nice size accommodating our family and had a pleasant stay. Knowing how much my family enjoys the pool or setting out for the day across the street to the beach, we rathered enjoy being ground level for this reason. Also, loading into the villa on arrival and loading out upon departure were more efficient and a more relaxed process not having to deal with any elevators(when you can find a cart, but a little planning is involved any where you stay). Thanks again!!

Our Summer Family Trip 2022

We have experienced several beach trips as a family at other destinations along Florida's coast line. This was our first time spending it in Destin. The property itself at the Palms of Destin was well maintained and the staff working the different parts that we came into contact with were polite , courteous and helpful. The unit we stayed in, and enjoyed very much, was clean, well equipped and a perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The huge lagoon style pool did more than its job accommodating all of our needs as guests giving us different areas to hang out in and swim. The pool deck also provided ample space for plenty of guests who were there as well utilizing the facilities to fan out and find there little pool day nesting spot. Access to the outside bar area for food and drinks comes in handy should you wish to not pack up all the coolers for the day. The beach access is an easy walk of about 10 minutes away across the main road (there is a shuttle that runs from 9-4 every hour on the hour should you desire that route to get to the beach). There is a local road that runs behind the property that will take you to all your food, beverage or otherwise needs in just a few minutes ( bonus!). We would definitely not only consider staying in Destin again but here at the Palms of Destin. Thanks again to Laura for a fabulous job in her communication of all things about the unit as well as the facility. This was a very smooth process which made for a very comforting experience for our family vacation! We hope to visit in the future!! Warmest Regards and Good Times to all! "Lei'd Back"
