    Welcome to SunDestin Beach Resort, a beachfront condominium resort nestled perfectly in the center of Destin, FL.  Upon entering, you’ll immediately feel yourself go into vacation mode thanks to our friendly Scenic Stays staff, available to you at our 24-hour on-site front desk.



    Just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, SunDestin Beach Resort offers many on-site amenities to elevate your vacation experience, such as a newly renovated outdoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub available. When you feel maxed out on water activities (if that’s even possible), or enjoy a visit to the steam room, sauna, or workout facility. Other seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee), outdoor tiki bar, making SunDestin an unforgettable resort experience.



    SunDestin Unit 0714 offers an open floor plan so you can enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from virtually anywhere in the unit. Upon entering, you’re greeted in the kitchen with ample storage space and all the essentials needed to whip up a quick bite before heading out for a day of sun. Flow from the kitchen to an open dining and living area with seating for four guests at the table and a comfortable sofa set with accompanying chairs. Enjoy flat panel televisions located in the living room and master bedroom, both equipped with DVD players. DVD rentals are available in the lobby directly across from the gift shop.  From the balcony that can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom, you’ll witness breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. With seating for four, you’ll find this spot to be the perfect place for you and your family to watch Destin’s vibrant sunsets.



    This 1-bedroom Destin vacation rental sleeps up to four people, with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area, along with one full bathroom attached to the master bedroom.



    Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

We were switched from the room at SunDestin we chose on VRBO to a different room due to construction. The room wasn’t acceptable. After several painstaking hours of exploring options, the staff found us another room at a different property. That room and property (The Crescent at Miramar) was wonderful.

Wasn’t notified about major construction going on until 5 days before our visit. Hot tub and pool bar never opened in our 8 night stay. Maintenance entered our condo without notice for a leaky toilet. Last morning unable to shower because of leaky shower. Extremely noisy for half our stay. No privacy on our balcony for half our stay. Love Destin but this property is very poorly managed.

It was a really great experience. I would come again!!

I’m usually very strict about cleanliness and notice small details, when we came everything was really clean and spotless. The place didn’t smell like anything so that‘a good. The staff at the resort were nice and helpful. I really liked the place because you can walk to the beach, store, arcade. It’s all very close . I would definitely come again.

The property was great, it housed the amount listed. Property was clean and ready for use upon arrival. Only thing off was the smell, the condo smelled old. Everything else was tidy and clean. Overall great vacation.

Great location, right on the beach. No problems or issues. Property is very clean. There was construction/ renovation being performed and it did not cause any problems. This was my second year staying at this property, I actually stayed in the same room.

Our overall stay was good, however the unit needs some updates, for example, needs USB charger ports, 2 outlets were in need of repair, the shower head needs to be changed out, low pressure in the shower. The bed was too firm for our liking, but if you like a firm bed then you are golden. The restaurant Phat Fish on the property was one of the best meals we had. Would recommend the food and drinks. We would stay there again, just a different unit. The staff and crew are friendly and helpful! The Koppingers

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at SunDestin. One thing to note, you need to pay for beach service as you may not use your own umbrellas on the beach. The unit was as pictured. It felt a bit tired but it was clean and comfortable. We stayed there to be on the beach so we weren't in the room much anyway. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing view of the beach and water

We stayed at SunDestin in a condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The room offered everything we wanted and needed. The view of the beach and water was breath taking. The condo was just steps away from the beach. The bedroom was large with a comfortable king sized bed. My daughter, 8 year old grandson and I slept in it. My husband took the sofa bed. He said it too was comfortable. It was such a nice vacation. We are so glad we found this place.

The room was fine but could have had tissues-Kleenex in room. The pool area was fine but there was no shade. Umbrella tables would be nice for those who cannot stay in sun for long periods of time.

Overall the stay was beautiful. However the beds need updated to something more luxurious. I woke up with back pain every morning. The coffee maker does need updated to utilize k cups. Also, ice trays would be helpful to keep in freezer. 4 out 5 stars.⭐️ My favorite part about this trip was the check in and out process. This was seamless.

Location was amazing!!

Everything was great EXCEPT ugh that mattress was so hard we woke up the first night in pain. It was so bad we chose to sleep on the pull out sleeper the last two nights. For the low price we paid, everything else was great!!! We will absolutely stay here again only a different unit with hopefully a softer mattress.

Great Location!

This unit/building is in a great location and so many things are within walking distance. The only negative thing is our unit did not have a washer/dryer and I didn’t see anywhere stating that it did or didn’t. It just said laundry available and it wasn’t very clear. They even gave us laundry pods to use so we were confused when it wasn’t in the unit. The balcony has a great side view of the ocean. We got to watch the fireworks from the balcony as it faces HarborWalk Village.

Clean, on the beach, good value

Property is tidy. View not so great ....you look over the roof of the building next door. But the unit is priced right for this issue. People below were playing loud music and smoking dope on the balcony which was annoying. Beach was great. Pools ok. Good value for the $ tho. FYI no washer/dryer if u need that

Review for SunDestin Resort

Everything was great for us except two things. - Parking lot situation needs to be addressed. There should be enough parking for everyone to be able to park one vehicle per room in the parking lot. Has the idea of assigning a parking space to each room been entertained? - The gym is easily over crowded with just five people. A bigger gym area with at least four treadmills and more room to move around would be great.
