**Backyard Bliss**
Step into your private outdoor retreat featuring a pebble pool and spa, cozy firepit, outdoor dining area, gas grill, and lounge seating. Hot tub heat is always included; pool heat is optional for an added fee.

**Fully Equipped Kitchen**
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials—silverware, tableware, and appliances including an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and blender. Just add groceries!

**Sleeping Arrangements**
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 Bunk beds (Twin XL over Queen)
Bedroom 5: Sleeper sofa & 2 air mattresses

**Additional guests: $50/night per guest after the 10th guest

**Parking**
Driveway & street parking available (max 6 cars per reservation).

Other things to note
There are 2 security cameras in the property:1 located in the backyard pointing out to the backyard, 1 located in the front yard pointing out to the front of the house. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is one noise monitor and it is installed in the backyard and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59

11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights

Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Guest Portal: We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.

Optional Upgrades:

Early Check-in: $30/hr

Late Check-out: $33/hr

Pool/Hot Tub Heating: $150/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice


Spa & Pool:

Spa heating included; 3-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors.

No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.

We welcome your furry friends! Our home is PET-friendly, but we kindly ask that you clean up after them and be mindful of furniture and flooring. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. A $1000 fee will apply for any smoking violations.

Strictly no decorations, No tapes, No pins, on walls that has wallpapers on it, or the wall with the flower backdrop. You are welcome to decorate the other walls, and you would need to take down your decorations.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
